Speaking to a real person (as opposed to a virtual assistant)who clearly knew his stuff was a great advantage. There was no bias or 'push' toward a particular scheme and all my questions were comprehensively answered.
He called back exactly when he said he would and the whole transaction was stress free from start to finish. At no point did I feel pressed to take out a policy which flies in the face of my experience with some other providers.

I had a lovely lady called Kiran who made things so much easier for me to decide who to go with. She gave me a few options and made the whole process seem less. I’ve been playing with the idea of joining a private health insurance and having someone to talk to directly then robots online was a great touch. I ended up with a cover I’m happy with and Kiran guided me exceptionally well. Couldn’t of asked for a better service
