Save your money and don’t order from this company! You can get better selection at a much lower price from your local grocery store! The order I received was 90% greenery, hardly any flowers. Looked nothing like the description. Delivered in a box in with no vase, no water. Flowers were not fresh and sad. $100+ thrown away.

First time I ever used this urban stems. My mom got them for mothers day and she said the flowers looked terrible. Wilted and dying the moment she got them. Will never recommend this company again

Bad customer experience and sad flowers
The website promised delivery by Mothers Day and they didn't arrive until the Tuesday after. When they did arrive the lilies were faded and sad. Customer service on Monday/Tuesday before they delivered could not give me any information about where they were. I would never use this service again. ETA: In response to this review, they offered me store credit or redelivery. I chose redelivery and the second time the flowers arrived in good shape. Mom was happy. I still feel burned by the initial experience, though, and would not use these folks again.

I ordered a bouquet for mother's day…
I ordered a bouquet for mother's day 2026 that was to be delivered the Saturday before mother's day - $100 total cost. When I went to track the delivery it said in transit and the detailed tracking showed only a label created - this was on the saturday they were promised for delivery. Customer service was slow to reply, offered store credit or shipping another bouquet and refused to provide refund. I won't ever use them again.

Customer service was amazing. The flowers were beautiful but when I brought a few left out details to their attention, they were quick to make it right. Love doing business with companies who understand customer happiness and do the right thing!
I had placed an order for a gorgeous…My lovely bouquet order
I had placed an order for a gorgeous bouquet of pink Peonies for my mom’s Morher’s Day along with a vase. My order arrived on time as mentioned but when I went to open the box, the vase was broken in pieces. I quickly sent Urban Stems an email explaining the matter and Imelda was so generous to have refunded the cost of the shattered vase back into my account. She went above and beyond to assist me with this issue I had with my order. I rate her 5 stars excellent customer service all the way !
Updated review- re-delivery received, pretty bouquet
Update: they resent my order and this time, they are beautiful. I wish I didn’t have to go through the difficulty in getting the red delivery, but nevertheless, they did make it right. Thank you Urban Stems.
Do not order flowers from here. They arrived dead. No water or hydration pack included. When trying to contact customer service, that got me nowhere even after submitting photos. Very disappointing.

TWO Arrangements Arrived Crushed and…
TWO Arrangements Arrived Crushed and Mostly Dead.
Our work teams ordered two arrangements for our two awesome administrative professionals. They were both about $150.00 (so over $300 total).
Both arrived crushed with blooms worse than those you could buy from someone on the street at a stoplight.
Renlyn and Kim - customer service reps were very helpful. After reviewing the photos of the sad flowers, Renelyn ensured that a replacement was sent to the first Administrative Aide. When our other Administrative Aide did not receive a replacement, I contacted Urban Stems and Kim worked with me to issue a refund for the other sad flowers.
I realize Urban Stems must work with local florists. Hopefully, they have terminated their association with the florist that arranged and delivered the flowers on 4.22.26 (administrative professionals day).
So thanks, Kim! Thanks Renelyn! Do better, Urban Stems.

Ronnie, from the customer care team, was understanding and empathetic to the disappointment I felt, regarding the flowers my mother received for Mother’s Day. She was in agreement that they were not up to standard and offered to resend the flowers or give me a credit. She was also professional and courteous.
Order week in advance, delivered 2 days late, missed Mothers day, no apology
Ordered for delivery the day before Mothers Day, May 9th. I ordered SEVEN DAYS before May 9th. The flowers were delivered two days late, the DAY AFTER mothers day. I get an email from these jokers bragging about how well the delivery went without any mention of being late.
Why does the New York Times keep promoting this company? They apparently can't do the one thing they're supposed to do and don't even NOTICE when they've screwed up. I will never use this company again.
Using an alias to write this review due to the US not having any online privacy or anti-survelliance laws or regulations so using my real name would be idiotic.
Even their response to this review minimizes their screw up by saying it was 1 day late. It wasn't. It was TWO ENTIRE DAYS LATE.

Order arrived too late
I ordered three bouquets for Mother's day well in advance. Two out of three arrived on Monday. When I wrote to the company to determine what happened with the orders, an AI chatbot apologized "for my confusion." I have been ordering Mother's day bouquets for many years, and I will never trust Urban Stems for my deliveries again.

They won't help me with my order problem
I received flowers from an unknown sender so I don't know who to thank I've gone back and forth with them to contact the sender on my behalf. I keep getting a response to give them a good rating. I think I was talking to a Bot.

CAROL was very helpful and understanding. They took the time to understand my concern and were flexible in giving me a refund that I deserved. While they initially offered a credit, they were understanding and ultimately it was not too difficult to resolve a frustrating situation.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower company. Ordered flowers a couple months in advance for Mother’s Day. Flowers were 3 days late and when they finally got here, they were the wrong flowers. Do yourself a favor and stick with the Bouqs or Farmgirl

It’s online flower ordering… mistakes will be made
The ordering process is simple enough, and the delivery times and pricing are decent, but when problems arise they seem to be handled by AI. My flower order was changed without my approval to a completely different bouquet and the quantity was half of what I ordered. I attempted to contact their customer service, which has very fast response time because it’s an AI bot, but the details were incorrect. Eventually my problem was escalated to a live team member. We’ll see where it goes from here, but overall not a good experience.

Save your money. I ordered well in advance for Mother’s Day and the flowers did not arrive as promised on may 9th. They didn’t even ship
Until the day before even after ordering weeks earlier. I am very unhappy that I wasted so much money with this company. Flowers are supposed to be delivered today and I’m bracing myself for major dissatisfaction as the reviews of their products are less than acceptable. Wish I had taken the time to research before spending so much. Take your business elsewhere and support a local florist instead.
