I absolutely love getting fresh flowers every week! My UrbanStems subscription has been so wonderful! When I needed help recently with my order, I reached out via the chat on the website and Jhoanna was such a great help. Double flower bouquet ordered ($150) for my Mom for Mother’s Day - shoes shipping label created May1, and it’s now 5/21 and still no flowers. What a farce and utter disappointment!

The best order cancelation experience
The best order cancelation experience - ever! I ordered a lovely flower arrangement from Urban Stems to be delivered on a particular date. Once I realized that the delivery was FedEX dependent and that there was always a possibility -albeit a very small one - that the flowers would not be delivered on that day, I sadly cancelled my order. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Carol very quickly sent me a lovely confirmation email to assure me that my order was cancelled and that I didn't have to do anything else anymore. I will definitely order from Urban Stems.

Jhoanna was the best. Communicated super clearly and helped me within minutes. Great customer service + appreciate that they were able to cancel my order close to the delivery time.

Embarrassing doesn't begin to describe it. I ordered a $275 bouquet of flowers (Triple the Pearl) for my husband's birthday and it arrived looking like a 5-day old grocery store arrangement. This is after I had ordered 2 bouquets for my Mom and Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day and both arrived looking terribly wilted and sad...when I reached out to complain they gave me a credit and asked me to give the company another chance, which I did thinking it could have been a fluke. I should have listened to my gut. These flowers are pathetic and the fact that you can't reach customer service in real time to address the situation is incredibly frustrating. I am so embarrassed I'm about to go out and spend way too much on another flower arrangement because I can't let my husband see these.

I wanted to write a great review, but your Company fell short, twice. I placed my order but somehow, it had issues and was delayed from Sunday Mothers Day to the Tuesday after. I was contacted by Laira who was extremely helpful. She refunded the entire amount and apologized. Unfortunately, when the flowers arrived, as it was a double order, one bunch was already dead and falling apart while the other looked nice. Not sure what happened, but the process, except for interaction with Laira, was disappointing at best.

First off, I must say that Carol made my experience as painless as possible. She was very prompt in responding to the issue with my flowers and offered me multiple solutions. What stood out the most was her compassion in making sure I had a Happy outcome. Job well done!!
Angel is a Superhero
Angel is one of the Superheroes of Customer service. She is the kind of person that lets you know by example that Urban Stems is working in behalf of the customer’s best interest. I had a significant problem with the flowers that were delivered. It may have been an unusual circumstance because of the tremendous heat wave here in Nevada. The flowers were placed in a neat box and delivered in a timely fashion. However they wilted very quickly- within one day. Nor the usual for a flower delivery in a bouquet, especially on Mother’s Day, Angel made me feel heard and she responded very quickly. She said that my request had been escalated and shared that she was going to take over- that she did. We had a terrific communication and gave me two choices very quickly into our discussion. I wanted to thank her personally for her teamwork effort, her ability to reach out to a customer so quickly and offering my family a very expedient solution. I have a good feeling about re-ordering in the future from Urban Stems as a result of Angel’s, communication skills.

The delivery of my flowers was late and they were ruined. However, the Happiness Team responded immediately to my complaint and gave me full credit on my account. Turning a negative experience into something positive is a true sign of exemplary customer service.
I had an incredible and rare experience
I had an incredible and rare experience with customer service at UrbanStems. A delivery of mine for Mother's Day was delivered to an incorrect address. While I accepted responsibility for this (when I checked out it brought me to Shop and it redid the delivery address to a default one I use in Shop). I reached out to customer service and Maria was amazing. She actually arranged for me to either receive credit or send a new delivery. I chose a new delivery as this was supposed to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day. While this was going on, the original arrangement I ordered wasn't available due to flower shortages. So Maria upgraded my order for me. The new delivery is to arrive this weekend.
Thank you Maria for such amazing customer service. I will absolutely be using UrbanStems again in the future. Customer service like this is rare these days.
