I ordered some flowers from UrbanStems, but ended up cancelling the original order so that I could purchase I different bunch on UrbanStems. Judy Anne was able to help me super fast! And I appreciated the simple cancellation process.

So I was curious to see if there was another FLOWERS Sending service that I could use because I was not happy w 1800Flowers that would always send a fraction of the flowers they would advertise....very misleading
So I asked GROK AI and it said URBANSTEMS and so I just ordered MOTHERS DAY flowers for delivery in a few days.
So far im extremely HAPPY w their CUSTOMER SERVICE Department.
I realized I must have forgot to enter the discount code to receive my 25% discount ALSO my personal NOTE had a spelling error and needed to be fixed.
I Sent an email and was pleasantly surprised the speed in which CUSTOMER SERVICE replied...
MEIKAH was my representative who was AMAZING!! Very professional and DEFINITELY knows how to provide the type of service that says IM IN GOOD HANDS !!
So far so good...I have to wait till end of the week to see if the flowers look like the PHOTO lol
BUT ...MEIKAH already sent me the email about honoring the DISCOUNT and fixing the spelling on my personal NOTE
Thanks to MEIKAH I am feeling good about my decision to switch to URBANSTEMS

Angel resolved my order issue promptly and efficiently - much quicker than I would have expected without a live call or live chat. Really great customer service all around!!!

Absolutely horrible communication that uses AI! Does not keep track of orders accurately, making it difficult to cancel. They told me that I could not cancel an order because it had been fulfilled. This was an order I had placed 5 minutes prior to submitting a cancellation request, and the website indicated that I was able to cancel. Absolutely terrible! Do not order from here.

Can’t say enough about UrbanStems . I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife and I’s wedding anniversary and unfortunately they arrived heat stressed and withered. I contacted Angel with the customer service department and she sent me a new bouquet , free of charge . If you are thinking of buying a beautiful gift for your significant other , go no further . Thanks again !

Arri was the best, he solved my issue within minutes. I had forgotten top put in the discount code at checkout for a significant savings and he allowed me to do so post purchase, saving me $41. I will for sure use UrbanStems again and promote it to everyone I know! Thank you Arri!

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address for flowers. I contacted Urban Stems and within minutes Angel reached out to correct it! I was very pleased with the efficient and timely response from Angel. Thanks so much!

Jhoanna was super fast at solving my problem. It was a huge relief to have my shipping dates updated!

I accidentally hit “pay now” before editing my Mother’s Day cart. I immediately emailed customer service and Angel removed the second bouquet. Excellent customer service!

A computer glitch caused my order to not be processed and delayed the shipping. Customer service agent Ellyza was very helpful. She informed me of the updated delivery date and refunded the shipping cost. Glitches happen but good service can make up for mishaps. Very happy with my UrbanStems experience.
