There was an issue with expectations not being met with the bouquet my daughter received from me, and Carol in customer service, after reviewing the picture, agreed it wasn't up to their usual high standards. She issued a replacement bouquet immediately! I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Urban Stems and will always turn to them for flower needs. :)

My children had gifted me with 3 UrbanStems arrangements. Unfortunately, FedEx caused problems with this week's delivery resulting in my receiving dead roses and wilted other flowers. I contacted UrbanStems and dealt with Angel. She assisted me immediately and kept me informed throughout the day. My flowers on arrival were a bit wilty & I followed care instructions. Most sprung to life by the next day but was not lasting very long, tho changed water daily, as directed.
I sent a message to customer service & Angel was very helpful . She thanked me for pictures & arranged for a resend which arrived today - healthy condition but ready for their stem trim & water. Just a few hours later, looking great!

If you are sending a bouquet with something extra like the chocolates they offer once you select your bouquet, do not use Urban Stems. After I read that anything extra is sent in separate shipments, I double checked with customer service, and asked for advise on what was best to do because I did not want to add anything extra if arriving separately, but Carol advised that for my order the chocolates and cookies would be sent in the same shipment with the bouquet. Unfortunately not only did they not do so but were also not able to let me know if the chocolates and/or cookies had shipped at some point. They just that they were supposed to be included in the shipment and were not sure what happened. I asked for a refund rather than store credit and Carol said she could not do that. Be assured that if anything happens with your order, they will not be able to help you or offer you a refund.

Bad delivery service multiple times
I have had multiple experiences where the delivery never made it or they put the delivery in a weird place and the recipients didn't find it for a few days. And then I wasn't even refunded nor did they send a new shipment. Customer service was less than helpful both times. The flowers are so beautiful and it's a shame that my friends never received them. And for those high delivery fees?? crazy.
