Great order, lightning-fast delivery!
Super fast delivery, package in perfect condition. The items are exactly as shown in the photos, great fabric quality and clean finishes. The site offers a solid range of urban wear, easy to find standout pieces that break away from the ordinary. A flawless experience, I'd recommend it 100%!

I always like shopping at Urban Outfitters in Amsterdam. They have nice jeans and usually some cool finds.
It can get pricey, especially if you're a student, which is why I really appreciate the 10% student discount.
This time the cashier forgot to remove one of the security tags, which was lowkey embarrassing. But I went back and they took it off with no problem—mistakes happen.
They do have pretty friendly cashiers which I appreciate. And staff working upstairs by the changing rooms are always nice too.
One thing I want to add: I remember one cashier there who was really cool. We talked for a bit, which was a nice change. I forgot her name and unfortunately haven't seen her there since.

Orders some lets frans joggers last…
Orders some lets frans joggers last week on Tuesday and they was supposed to arrive last Friday but unfortunately the delivery company didn’t and then they told me it’ll be here on the 1st which it wasn’t and then said it’ll be here on Friday. It took me three hours to contact somebody to be told there was nothing in stock and so I would have to have a refund. Make sure you read reviews before buying!!

Urban Outfitters Westgate!
The clothes were arranged well and the attendants were very kind! It was my birthday so many of the attendants made my birthday feel very special! The quality of the clothes I bought were fabulous. Can't wait to go back!!!

The order never arrived
The order never arrived. The delivery company said they printed the wrong address, and it wasn’t my fault, cause I wrote the correct address, and to be sure I didn’t make the mistake, I checked, turns out that it was their fault. Still didn’t get my order. Worse service ever.

A real shame the busiest store in the…
A real shame the busiest store in the UK had only 1 till opened while it was crazy busy in August. We had to walk up and down 4 levels twice to find out the tills on other levels were shut. And when we got to the queue, no card could be used. Such a disaster experience!
