The order never arrived
The order never arrived. The delivery company said they printed the wrong address, and it wasn’t my fault, cause I wrote the correct address, and to be sure I didn’t make the mistake, I checked, turns out that it was their fault. Still didn’t get my order. Worse service ever.

A real shame the busiest store in the…
A real shame the busiest store in the UK had only 1 till opened while it was crazy busy in August. We had to walk up and down 4 levels twice to find out the tills on other levels were shut. And when we got to the queue, no card could be used. Such a disaster experience!

Oval side table
Ordered the oval side table in the sale with an extra 20% reduction. Arrived very promptly, well packaged. Didn't take long to assemble. Just the right size for my requirements. Also very sturdy! Very pleased with it though would not pay full price for it.

The item wasn't available instore in my size so the very helpful assistant ordered one to be delivered the following day to my house. It arrived promptly and in good condition. I am very pleased with the item fit and quality.

The workers were really nice, and the clothes were well organised with lots of selection. Urban has always been quite pricey but they have good sales and I got a really nice top for a reasonable price. I do recommend and thank you sm xx
