My first port of call when looking for new clothing. Simple order process, products exactly as described, & delivered within days. I must have purchased from Urban Industry about 10 times now & have never had the slightest issue. Latest was a really nice heavyweight Carharrt sweater. Despite having bought a lot of Carharrt clothing over the years, I was still pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality. Can't recommend UI highly enough.

A big reason I like this site is that each and every item has a detailed description with bespoke sizing advice that you don’t find anywhere else. No copy and paste from the manufacturers descriptions here!!! There are measurements of the individual item, information on how it will fit and recommendations on what to expect from the garment/wear it with. Just exceptional attention to detail that, for me, makes a huge difference.

Also, a live chat function that I used recently further displays great customer service.

I don’t work for Urban Industry nor do I know anyone who does (I’m nearly 300 miles away from the actual shop). Credit where it is due, this is how online shipping is done right.
