"Re-rated Review (increased from 1-star). Urban industry did step up and owned the issue. Though they claimed not enough time had passed to help...much back and forth had already taken place behind the scenes; that's an area for opportunity (as in: amend some automated emails related to returns or out-of-office replies; account for return input to call out something that may need extra consideration). I get it: a 'smaller independent' striving to break into the next tier; that comes with ample growing pains, stress on teams/idividuals. All in all, they handled this situation well, from across the pond and deserve more credit.

Double boxed trainers
My trainers were delivered double boxed. Important for an expensive pair of shoes. It shows UI understand the mentality of their customers. My first time buying from here and it won’t be my last.

Very professional service, order process quick and efficient. Returns process worked like a dream, simple process and communication throughout all stages. Website clearly laid out and plenty of stock, all types of clothing and footwear.

Rubbish...
I normally wear a size 29 and have owned a pair of Carhartt shorts in size 30 for a while now. They're a bit too big but comfortable. The shorts you sent are labeled size 30, but are at least a size 34. They're rubbish!

Found what I needed at a good price. Delivery took a little longer than expected but that was OK. Goods arrived in perfect condition by mail. So I may continue to investigate UI as a 'new find' in the UK.Interesting sele tion of labels for the outdoor enthusiast

Great all-round service
