The bike is probably the best bike i have had in my life, however the level of support has been very disappointing. My dealer has caused problems as I have not been able to get a decent service in terms of the electrical side to the urban arrow shorty and now it seems mh battery is out of warranty although it never worked since buying the bike and now I am being pushed to one side by everybody, my dealer, bosh and urban arrow. No professionalism. I believe this is not fare as I only want to help vulnerable people. Maybe I should have chosen another bike company.

1) Bike is a nice ride
2) I would like a bit more space for cargo
3) I would like a good option to protect the kids from the sun

He was fast, As far as i know, according to the map there is a distribution and service in austria, but the college thought the closest dealership for hungary is located in germany or Poland. which one is true? he didint replied to the fact that, are there any plans in the near future for opening a shop in hungary or not? so it is still remain a question. I see random urban arrows in hungary but defenetly it would be a dealbreaker for choosing this bike if an official service shop would be here also.

I am overall very happy with our urban arrow bakfiets. It is like a second car far us, as my husband uses our only car for commuting and I use the bakfiets for daily errands and taking/picking up the kids from school/daycare. I even travel fairly long distances often and am quite pleased with the comfort aspect as well as the efficiency in terms of battery life. I am so pleased with our urban arrow and would recommend it to anyone.

At first, I had quite a few issues with my cargo bike, which was very frustrating. My initial experiences with Urban Arrow were not positive. Fortunately, that changed over time. Urban Arrow really made an effort to help me and resolve the problem. Their service kept improving, and in the end, I truly felt like a valued customer. What started out as a frustrating experience turned into genuine satisfaction. Compliments to the team for the way they handled it!

Unlike many of the reviews here I've a Urban Arrow Tender 1500 which I bought to support the Ecological volunteering project I run. In the six months I've had the trike it's exceeded my expectations. I've been able to move large amounts of equipment and plants, at times its been significantly over loaded and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to move tools and materials in a environmentally friendly way.

I am very, very happy with my new FamilyNext. I previously drove a Babboe CityE. The Urban is much more pleasant to drive, with a great feeling of safety. What's a little more difficult: the entry point is very high for my daughter. Unfortunately, the simple rain cover is very inflexible and difficult to store in the bike. Overall, I love the new driving experience. A great bike that I would happily recommend!

Little over one year we are riding the urban arrow. Could not live without it anymore! Best investment and decision ever. Would recommend everyone. We use the bike more dan our cars now.

We bought a UA even before our first baby was born and never regretted a moment. It is like a second car in the city without parking license. Our kids enjoy riding it. When the first one was stolen, we immediately bought a new one without even checking other companies.

We have since last year a Family Next. The Cargo bike is greate and very comfortable to ride. So far it has brought us relief in everyday things.
The only negative experience was the process to get the GPS-Modul. Is was delivered about 3 months after the cargo bike was handed over. It also does not work yet due to the missing activation code.

We have been riding the Urban Arrow for a few years now. We once rented an Urban Arrow on holiday and knew then that we wanted to buy it.
The turning circle of the bike is very good, allowing you to easily ride between posts.

The children love it and it is also an invention for shopping.

Definitely recommended.

The UA family is the best cargo bike ever.
Our daughter loves it. We use it every day and it is a pleasure. Easy to ride, super flexible, quiet and light.

Are you worried about the cost? Yeah, the Arrow is spendy, but I’ve put one tank of gas in the car in 2024. The Arrow is a viable car replacement. I’ve carried fridges, kids, colleagues, groceries. The kids love the bike, their view is unobstructed, much better than the car’s back seat. They play music with a little speaker and they fist bump other kids at traffic lights - they love making instant buddies.

The Urban Arrow needed some work to fit me, I changed the bars and saddle, making it less upright. I wish it had a centre bar like a top tube, but the step through design make sense for the typical user - it just makes it harder to hold the bike upright as a long time roadie used to using the bar to center and stabilize.

If you’re having any doubts, the people who have ridden my Arrow have all gone on to buy arrows of their own.

Battery life and power on steep hills like I ride is limited; more torque would be appreciated. I carry two batteries and get around 40kms on a single charge per battery. That almost doubles when visiting flatter cities.

Overall, the Arrow has made me fall back in love with cycling, my kids love it, and aside from personalising the set up, I haven’t spent any money on it outside brake pads and tires. I wish there was an option for six stars on this review site.

I love my Urban Arrow! It makes me so flexible. Great for daily life and adventures together. Also have good experience with customer service.

Our family of 4 traded our second car for an Urban Arrow Family in the fall of 2023. My husband still needs a car for work and we often visit family that lives rurally, so we kept one vehicle. I have replaced most of my car trips with bike trips since getting the Urban Arrow. I work from home so my commute is primarily to daycare/school & back to my "office". I get groceries, go to doctors appointments, shuttle kids to activities, and meet up with friends, all by bike. Since October 2023, we have ridden over 3500 kms on the Urban Arrow. When I do have to drive the car, I am often disappointed and wish I could be biking instead.

Our Urban Arrow Family brings us all so much joy & has been so beneficial. It's fun to ride & easy to load with kids, food, whatever you need. We've even given a few adults a ride!
