Awesome bike that drives naturally! We got the UA FamilyNext now for 9 months and enjoy it every day. The comfort of the suspension on the front wheel made the difference in our decision together with the steering. Our kid of 2 and baby of 6 months are moved from a to b in great comfort and safety.

We like our urban arrow and use it every day. However, for the price I would expect a more sturdy bike. Within the first month, both peddles had to be re-attached. The stand had to be replaced in the first year. I've been back to the store at least six times to fix minor issues.

Ever since we got our Urban Arrow, the car barely leaves its spot for trips in and around the city. We use the bike for everything now; rides with our sweet little girl, our dog, weekly groceries and even the Christmas tree made its grand entrance in the box of the Urban Arrow.

Our big little four-year-old prefers to ride her own bike these days, or else sit proudly on the back of the Urban Arrow. Unless it’s raining. When it rains she suddenly wants to sit up front, nice and cozy, without a raincoat of course.
In short: our Urban Arrow has turned everyday errands into small adventures. We wouldn’t want to live without it anymore.

We bought one of these bikes in 2021 and it's been such a great experience for us and for the kids. We now live in Kuala Lumpur and I am fairly confident we have the only urban arrow in town. It definitely attracts a lot of looks!

It gives so much freedom to be able to get around the city with my little one in the car seat with my Urban Arrow! It's fast, comfortable and easy to ride!

Great bike, the kids love it even more, we just went to the beach.
I really suggest one with an automatic transmission, you never want anything else.
We only have a small battery so the first upgrade will be a bigger one.
Especially the service at schilder tweewielers is the best.

Its an awesome cargo bike!! great for 3 kids, and carrying all their stuff I hope more people in the UK get into these. I don't like however the kickstand, it is terrible on uneven ground, the rain cover also always seems to tear. I also wish I got the suspension version but at the time It didn't exist (2023) , we have a different full suspension cargo bike and it is a superior ride. However I still love our UA maybe we will upgrade to the Next, one day!

Best purchase we ever made! Mum concluded only a few weeks after we brought it home.

School runs? Fast and fun.
Jump morning traffic and drop the kids at the entrance of the school in no time.

Shopping trips? Easy peasy
Drop the bags in the front basket a ride away

Commuting? A problem! With only one Urban Arrow at home it involves plenty of negotiation who takes it work.

Very efficient way to move in and around town with 2 kids. It had been for the last 3 years.

Not cheap, especially if you include the cover, the parka and other accessories but definitely a high return on your investment.

If you are thinking about buying one, consider where you will keep it (ideally under a roof), who will service it (maybe your seller?) and think about a good insurance (you don't want it nicked or damaged)

While everyone is different I can say that on my case.

Kids love it.

great bike for groceries and transporting kids, dogs and all kinds of stuff around town.

Love the bike! We now have two kids (5 and 1,5 years old) and it is so easy to take them to and from (pre)school, the supermarket, the park, etc. It has replaced our car for the nearby places that are just too far to walk with the stroller. It also gives you more flexibility when the other parents has the car, to still go out with the kids.

We absolutely love our Urban Arrow cargo bike! It has made such a huge difference in our daily life. Riding with the kids is now so much easier, more comfortable, and honestly a lot more fun.

The bike feels very stable and safe, even with multiple children and groceries. We use it every single day for school runs, quick errands, and family outings. Instead of taking the car everywhere, we now enjoy being outside more and spending quality time together while cycling.

What we appreciate most is how practical and smooth the riding experience is. It saves us time, parking stress, and fuel costs, while making everyday trips feel enjoyable instead of rushed. We truly can’t imagine our family life without our Urban Arrow anymore!

I really love to ride the bike. It's really easy that you can see the children and they as well have a really great view of the road! I have three kids and they fit perfectly and have still some space for bags!

It is a nice cargo bike for the family. The space inside, I wish it was made with the thought of being able to put crates in comfortably.
The worse for me is the lack of solar protection. It would be so simple to add more velcros to the canopy to be able to put some fabric covering our little ones... especially in the early months.

Excellent product and customer experience! App is also solid and the dev team for it makes frequent improvements and is very open to feedback.

We like our urban arrow bakfiets, we use it daily and intensively. The battery is still ok after a few years and the ride is comfortable.

However, our hub failed shortly after 2 years and that meant a hefty 1000 euro in repair costs. Although this is a known problem (see other reviews) there was no leniency from Urban Arrow.

We purchased the cargo line UA family in 2024. After 5000 miles and 18 months, the hub broke down. The warranty period is 2 years, and we were approved for a replacement, but we've been waiting for over 6 weeks for the part to arrive. Initial estimates for arrival dates have come and gone.
Bottom line: If you need a reliable cargo bike, go for one with quality parts so you aren't dependent on the warranty kicking in.

We absolutely love our Urban Arrow Family Bike. We use it almost every day—whether it’s for school and kindergarden drop-offs, shopping, or just getting around in town. It’s so much less stressful and far more relaxing than driving: no more searching for parking, no more traffic jams, and we can always keep an eye on the kids (or the groceries 😉) right in front of us.
We recently bought the rain cover, which makes it even more practical. Now we can ride our Family Bike comfortably even in the rain—and we couldn’t be happier.

Best Bike for a family to have. I just drop the kids in, zip them up, and we're off. Definitely recommend it to everyone!
