Good communication at time of purchasing and postage but absolutely no help whatsoever when the strap broke on the first use.

Was looking for a new strap for my Festina watch as the original needed replacing. Came across this site. Simple to use website. Found what I wanted. Ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Bargain at a little over £10 incl.postage. Looks great. Very happy customer.

The straps were excellent quality and at a very good price, delivery time was less than 24 hours via Royal Mail and Nick emailed me to confirm they had been dispatched, and also refunded any extra delivery charge as I ordered 3 straps which were delivered in one package. I would order from here as a first option in future as they have such a large selection and a great service.

What a waste of time it is trying to contact Ukwatchstraps by email as they do not bother to respond,twice I have sent emails with no reply.If they cannot be bothered to reply I will buy elsewhere.I have bought a watch strap in the past from Ukwatchstraps and was happy with the strap but they need to communicate with their customers.

I still have not been contacted by Ukwatchstraps.

Excellent service and prices, Ive had a few straps now off Nick and the straps and service have been really good. Ive bought from their fluco range which are excellent and excellent vfm and also their genuine lizard, shark, alligator and croco range of genuine hide straps (rather than embossed calf). These represent really good value with genuine hide straps from really good sources the likes of Di Modell etc. at prices no more than what i have been used to paying else where for embossed calf. I wouldn't go any where else now for a strap and have this company book marked for all future purchases. Very pleased. Nigel
