Good Quality and price.
A good quality strap that doesn't attract dust and is comfortable to wear. Fast delivery and bought at a good sale price.
Summer is here and I bought this to wear with a white dial Seiko that has a grey/ black bezel. It compliments the watch perfectly.

Great dive watch strap that nobody else had…
Not really one to take to review sites but I’m super impressed with this company I’d never heard of until now. I thought my dive computer (watch) was dead an buried as the strap had degraded in salt water and lots of sun over the years. It’s not a model/make readily available and so no manufacturer spares out there any more. Then up popped TG with a generic 24mm strap and a guide how to measure. 2 days later, it’s here, it’s great and I can use the old but trusty dive computer on our latest trip - yay!

Get it from aliexpress instead
I bought a NATO watch strap and was initially pleased with it when it arrived, however I later spotted an identical version on aliexpress for much cheaper, and ordered that one as well out of curiosity. Suffice to say that the two are identical, and you’d be much better off getting it straight from aliexpress than here.

Firstly, and maybe this is my "glass half full" view I'll focus on the positive - actually, despite a 1 star rating (the lowest option available!) you said you were pleased with the strap - so.. good news there.
Addressing the other point, we do indeed work with a number of manufacturers so it is not inconceivable that a similar watch strap would be available on other platforms by other sellers.
You also left a review for us on our website including an image and although I fully agree the colour of the strap looks very similar (if not the same) there also seem to be subtle differences in the style of the hardware (keepers and buckle - ours looking slightly rounder).
However, I also understand your frustration in buying something from us and then finding something similar elsewhere that was cheaper. I suppose it is similar to any other type of fashion item, for example trainers, buying it from one company and then realising you might have been able to purchase it cheaper elsewhere. I fully understand that it can be frustrating and disappointing.
What I'll say is we spend a lot of time working with our manufacturers to identify the best watch straps that fit with our business - great quality straps at great prices. We're always open to working with manufacturers if the straps they produce are up to the quality we expect our customers to want. Fortunately, I don't think the quality of the strap was an issue, based on your review.
Additionally all watch straps are rigorously checked (and stored and dispatched) here in the UK to make sure that only the best quality straps are sent out to our customers. I certainly can't speak specifically about other companies but quality control is something we are super hot on and, alongside our focus on customer service and customer experience, is one of the things that makes us who we are and we are super proud of that.
Overall though, we are of course sorry that you were as unhappy as you were. It's certainly not what we would want (nor expect) for our customers.
I hope my detailed response shows how seriously we take all feedback that is received.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Due to an error on my part my order needed extra information and Jonathan contacted me directly so the order could be fulfilled. I was impressed with his courtesy, support and efficiency. The watch straps were delivered in a couple of days. The straps appear to be good value for money. They look great and are very comfortable. Based on this experience, I would definitely buy from Thrifty Gentleman again.
