Excellent model, very good instructions and works as it should

Part broken by me. New one requested. Sheet of 4 arrived within one week. Excellent service. Model now totally usable.

Very enjoyable to build the steam train model. Accidentally broke one of the pieces and the customer service to replace this part was unbelievable. Can't fault the product and extremely happy that uqears are a pleasure to deal with. Will be buying another model once complete!

The model was delivered very quickly and the model is of a high standard. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. However you do need a small set of tools including a hobby knife, tweezers and a small set of strong scissors/pliers.

Very quick delivery and excellent product quality. Would happily recommend to others.

The service was good the only reason I give it 4 stars is that when tracking my parcel it stayed in the depo for the weekend 2 days before delivery

I started making your models after going into isolation as a result of coronavirus and have now completed around 12 models. I have enjoyed making them and it has helped very much in keeping me sane at this difficult time. Please , please create some more as I am running out of the more difficult ones to make.

universal calender: 5 stars
timer: 3 stars - couldn't get it to work. You need a pincer to get the toothpick through. Took me some time before I realised that the toothpick should be the hole length to work. I'm too impation to do this delicate assempling, Should have started with a couble of simpler models (beside the calender)
Else great fun and lovely smell of wood.

Firstly, the model, I bought the racing car, is first class in design and manufacture of the wooden parts.
I put this together with great care and it looked magnificent on the window sill. However, after a month all the elastic bands used in the engine, suspension and tyres have perished and snapped. It now looks a mess.
Be warned the elastic bands supplied are totally useless as they are not UV resistant and will ruin the model as they have with mine.

I love ugear's products, and bought this one as a present fr my son. The quality and intricacy is amazing. The website was helpful, the order process easy and it arrived almost before I hit the "buy" key - what's not to like?
