Poor quality and doesn’t really look like the images. Also when looking at return policy, shipping will cost more than product so was a total waste of money, sadly.

Quality is better than I expected for the price. Looks really nice in my living room and it gets compliments whenever people come over. Will probably order more.

I bought the fibre optic dandilion for a housewarming present. Oh dear, if I could show an expectations Vs. reality photo, truly awful. A lot of the fibre optic fibres had fallen off, in the pictures it shows lights at the end of each dandilion stem, in reality there is a light at the base of the bud which doesn't spread, and no vase to put them in either. Not that I'm going to be able to gift this, but I can't find an appropriate vase now either. I paid £45.98 for this, to me that's a LOT of money, I have asked for a refund and return details, but we'll see, I have a bad feeling that I am going to have a fight on my hands. :-(

Exactly as described and a fabulous set of magical lights

Saw it, thought why not, bought it, and now I'm that person who brings it up in conversations. It's embarrassing how much I like this thing.

Purchased the ‘Blissful Bright Dandelion’ based on a Facebook ad. Should have done my due diligence. What arrived in a smashed box bore NO RESEMBLANCE to any image in the ad. Cheaply made, ugly looking product with one little light in the centre, surrounded by deformed plastic rubbish. Shame I can’t share the photos here as I so want to prevent anyone else wasting their hard earned cash on this rubbish. Shame on you. Never again.

Got the wrong item and honestly expected a fight to fix it. Instead they replied within the hour, sorted everything, and had the right one shipped the same day. The product is great too but that experience really stood out.

Sounds silly but it made a real difference. My flat felt warmer, cozier. It's a small thing but it helped. Also it just looks really beautiful.

Moved some stuff around, put this in, and the whole room clicked into place. That sounds dramatic but it's true. My partner noticed immediately without me saying anything.

Received the olive branch type wreath. Im a little disappointed since I thought it would be much fuller and more lights. Basicaly one strand of leaves w/olives and 1 strand of small lights. I will need to add more lights, but I do like the look, just wish it was fuller. Packaged in individual nice boxes.

Please do not order anything from this company it’s a complete scam I spent £30 half price was meant to be £60 on a Christmas tree ornament, it arrived and is just cheap plastic worth £2 it’s actually just rubbish I don’t know how this company is getting away with this I emailed and was told to give it a try then when I asked for a refund I got no response at all I have sent so many emails and nothing in return it’s so disappointing. Please do not entertain this company it’s absolutely pathetic

I ordered 2 sets of the dandelions. Actual product looks nothing like advertised. Cheap quality. They give you a hard time about returning and take forever to get back to you. I ended up having to open a case with PayPal. The company requires you to pay for return shipping to Australia which costs at least half of what I spent to begin with so I opted to keep the product (pitch it) for a partial refund. Would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience with customer service.

I love the hummingbird lantern. It is on my breakfast table on the balcony next to the hummingbird feeder. The lantern is well made and beautiful. It is absolutely perfect.

The lights work, but they are NOT as advertised. The ad pictures are very misleading; showing a size of each light to be much larger than the actual products. I wanted lights the size of what was shown in the photo. If I want to keep using them I'll need to buy quite a few more to fill the space, and I don't want to support a company that is misleading in their advertising, unless the deal is close to free.

Ordered the blissful bright dandelions without realising they were coming to the UK from Australia. They arrived after 10 days and were well packaged, but on opening, the product is nothing like the image on the website. It is very cheaply made and looks it. The poles that form the stalks don’t even fit together and the lights that should go through to the stems as per the image on the website are just a few little lights stuck on the top of each pole. Some of the ‘flower’ heads were broken off and all very distorted from being squashed in a box. Really disappointed, especially as I ordered two, one as a present, that I can’t possibly give to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

So it is about £25-30 with delivery insurance(packaging are simple not a premium) for 10 of the tulips.they %100 don't look in real life the way they look on website pictures.the stems are not loose as on pictures,they tighten all together and then there is a wire with quiet big black box (so if u put it in a clear vase it will probably look gross)with button to operate lights with setting like on christmass tree lights- god knows what for.you will need 3 aa batteries which are not included. Theybare not as bright as on pictures also .on amazon you can get them for 9.99 for 15 flowers(and amazon ones have a timer for 8 hours of lights and then they go off for 16 hours),from Chinese sellers.its just a promoted advert on socials.dont get scammed.

Was worried it would feel cheap when it arrived but it doesn't at all. Materials feel solid and everything is well finished. Looks way more expensive than it is.
