TSheets has delivered on their promise and revolutionized the way our payroll system works. (we should all assume it does this much based on their sales pitch) By following the job entry format and synching directly with Quickbooks it has made us a more organized company on the whole. I would have to say TSheets is the best thing to happen to our company since Quickbooks. I'll try not to get too sappy but the TSheets organization has inspired us to just do better in all aspects of our company. Using the most current technology, having the ability to have ultra accurate payroll data, and producing the reports it offers makes us feel more professional. I can't wait to see what they do next!

I searched through several companies and devices and no one offers the CS and support they do with the ease of use. My employees love Tsheets. The mobile friendly apps make tracking time easy. Love it!

We have multiple companies across our state and needed a way to manage people from afar. This looked to be a good option. While I think it still is, there apparently ways around the system that my employees have figured out. We want a designated computer for employees to clock in/out while people who truly travel and are out of the store could use their cell phones to clock in/out. Even though I have them restricted from being able to use the app on their phones, they are able to do so. That was disappointing. Also, I have difficulties getting pay rates to come across to the pay checks on new hires and have to manually add the pay rate on each check. Now, while I have those 2 issues with a program I pay for, I find it to be better than the other programs I have researched. Look forward to fixes to these issues.

The interface is very easy to use for me and my employees. The reports feature is very helpful to get a quick look at specific jobs or employees. The tracking feature is good if used by my employees as the GPS drains their batteries.

Really useful and easy to use.

Awesome program for tracking employee time for payroll and job costing. It was super easy to set up and get started. The customer service was extremely helpful and very responsive. Really easy to get employees set up and they were able to start using it right away. The "Who's Working" feature is also great because we can look at our phones and see who’s on the job, what they’re working on, and how long they've been working on it. This gives us tremendous visibility into job costing for future projects and simplifies our invoicing process. I highly recommend this app.
