I just spent 3 hour and 10 minutes on the online chat to try to get my verification process to work correctly and they never got it working properly. I would NEVER recommend this company. I use it strictly for a stand alone timesheet program and I do NOT integrate with Quickbooks because it messes up all my prior time cards that are already entered in Quickbooks. It is expensive and not worth the money!!!! Stay away from this program.

Constantly logs you out

Constantly logs you out, if you make a mistake (typo) logging in you have to wait 20 minutes to try again. Additionally, and ILLEGALLY they track you via your phone even when you are not at work (not a requirement for my employment), you can't even clock in unless you allow them to track your phone 24/7. I hate this app, and their arrogance in requiring me to remember a password just to clock in. I don't work for t-sheets but they sure seem to think I do. Evil tech company.

Terrible

I have over 40 hours this month trying to fix all the issues with employees trying to login. All the updates for the app locks them out, or does not sync their time. We have techs all over the country and trying to walk them through the steps is horrible, expensive and not efficient for this company. Bottom line, TSheets is a terrible program since the Intuit buyout. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tsheets used to rock before they sold out to Intuit. Buggy and overly protective with constant validations. You would think their protecting the Dept of defense. Typical story of goliath thinking they know better than David...Totally turned off!

T-sheets is awful

T-sheets made me delete an employee as a user in QBO because it could not be associated with any other email used for Intuit before, now that they have changed over. Nowhere did they have this disclaimer, instead I had to call their support line which they've made even harder to access, by requiring you to be signed into QuickBooks Online to even be able to call support at all. Now my employee has to make an entirely new email account just for T-sheets, and I have to redo everything for her payroll, including having her re-do direct deposit. A huge hassle for something that doesn't even work well.

I am so TIRED of trying to cope with Intuits destruction of Tsheets. It was a perfect system. The login for administrators and employees is full of bugs and we spend more man hours trying to fix it than it is even worth. How the heck did the make such a mess of it!

Use to be good before INTUIT now its AWFUL

Was an amazing amazing company, sold to intuit and its gone downhill, customer service/reaching a person is poor. The new format and layout is awful. Our company phones run with an MDM locked down with no internet or access to the app store. Inuit is making employees sign up again with a link sent to their phone or their email, giving company owners less control, we no longer have access to setting this up for our employees on our company phones. We have decided we will be dropping Tsheets and no longer doing business with them

I would NEVER recommend T-Sheets Now that they were bought by Intuit!

I signed up and have been using T-Sheets for years. After thy were bought by Intuit I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! They have poor customer service and its getting worse by the day. Their integration is being done on the backs of their clients. For example, Today I was NOT able to use my account. I had to call and wait for someone to get on the phone and they had to send a new invitation for me to be able to use the system I have used for years! You might be thinking, what about the employees....Yes, they all got screwed up too! So now w3e have to contact the employees and let them know that the timekeeping system, is screwed up and they need to resign up to use it, even though they have been using it for years,

T-Sheets was a good program until purchased by Intuit. Have been using for years with 50+ employees and all worked fine until Intuit took over. Their support is terrible, they have no answers. We have no choice but to switch and may get away from QuickBooks/Intuit as well.

No support!!!

I have had TSheets for 3 years. It all went south when intuit bought them out.
I have a employee that hasn't been able to clock in for 6 months, support said it was his phone, so I finally got tired of clocking him in manually and bought him a phone.
It still will not clock him in.
After 2 hours on the phone with support I still cannot log him in. The support is a joke. They literally had me do the same thing for 2 hours. When I asked if they were doing something on their end between my attempts to enter the same log in information, the answer was, No, but I'm trying to figure it out.
Another 2 hours wasted!!!
Im going to look for a good time clock app!!!

Their platform has a lot of technical bugs. This week alone, I have spent over 4 hours with support trying to diagnose why employees keep getting clocked out automatically. They have yet to figure it out. On top of that, phantom time off appears that cannot be edited or deleted from any screen. Support has no clue. They are atrocious.

Intuit ruined it.

Intuit ruined it.
TSheets was great before Intuit bought them. Now it is terrible. I have a small business with about 20 employees. We have had log in problems, location problems and there is no longer any customer support. It is impossible to contact anyone about a problem by phone, email or chat. They now direct you to a help community or a chat bot, which is not helpful at all. I am canceling my subscription and switching to something else, which is a hassle. DON'T SIGN UP FOR TSHEETS.

Before Intuit purchased Tsheets it was…

Before Intuit purchased Tsheets it was the best service I have ever used, bar none. Great platform & fantastic customer service. Since the buy out by Intuit (Quicken) the service has gone precipitously down hill. There are frequent serious glitches that make time entry difficult or impossible and to make matters much worse, the customer service, once the best out there, is terrible!!!!! Hour+ waits on hold and if you use the call back option it takes sometimes 12+ hours. Meanwhile your guys cant enter time. And then you get people who simply dont know the platform. I dont know if Intuit just fired all of the customer service folks or promoted them to mangers but nobody knows how to solve problems. It is a huge disappointment. I am dependent on this service so I will have to stick it out for now but I would recommend not to use it if you are considering.

Tsheets worked great before Quickbooks took it

Tsheets worked great before QuickBooks took over - app drops out often- always have to fix time - and if you call for support you’ll be on hold for at least 20 min, before they answer and say it’s a system problem

Intuit hosed me up again…

Intuit hosed me up when they bought Quicken (11 years of financial data lost in a single moment and lots of really helpful adds saying I should just sign up for QuickBooks...) and now they have done the same to Tsheets. This used to be a very useful and relatively intuitive app that gave me immediate reporting and time analysis. Now it is a HUGE time suck that has me correcting timesheets constantly, when I am able to log in at ALL! Complete garbage. Avoid ALL Intuit products at all costs. If Square sells out to them I will absolutely lose my mind!

Long time TSheets user soon no more to be

Have used TSheets since I bought this company in 2017. The previous owners were using it too. It is impossible to get with CS about issues...users have had a hard time getting in after the migration to Intuit and some of my functionality as the master admin I cannot get to. It says "my access is now in quick books" but i have not idea how to get there. I am going to be looking for another option to TSheets. It used to be a GREAT company...even when I had troubles, I enjoyed talking with CS because they really loved what they did. Now, not so much.

Since with Intuit it's TERRIBLE!!!!

Since Tsheets was bought by Intuit, the service has been TERRIBLE. No way to contact anyone by phone. Phone number sends you to endless advertisements and then disconnects. Anyone who would purchase Tsheets and go through this is crazy and ignorant. Tsheets was a good system back in the day but worthless now. It can't even add the times correctly.

Tsheets bug filled. Tech support-useless

Tsheets used to be a simple easy to use app with excellent tech support. We have 11 users. Now every few days I get calls for issues my staff is encountering with logging in or not being able to complete timesheet entries. Tech support is useless if you can reach them. Anyone have a suggestion for an alternative timekeeping software?
