Forced to go with MediaForce Joke!

The worst company who many of the armed forces are forced to use and can’t provide even a simple service. Servers that can’t handle the traffic load of a small RAF base and they are aware of this so they could reset the access point every week to aid the problem but they refuse to. 23% packet loss average over an Ethernet connection is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Terrible product and terrible service.

Awful service

Awful service, constantly going down for days at a time and even when it is 'working' the quality of connection is laughable, I can't even get a solid 5 minutes of conversation on WhatsApp before the signal decides to randomly drop, considering the price I pay monthly I would expect the WiFi to at least be consistent.

Website interface is a nightmare to run. MOD should switch providers.
Complaints go unanswered and ignored, no compensation.
No choices as military camps are in renowned signal black spots.

Absolutely dreadful service

Absolutely dreadful service, virtually unusable at least half the time in RAF Shawbury. Complaints are either ignored or achieve nothing anyway. The MOD should ban them from military sites.

Terrible provider for all armed forces…

Terrible provider for all armed forces combined, heavily over priced, and have just about washed my hands of their disgusting treatment of their customers.

I have often made a complaint to them, to often no avail, no refund was ever made to the lack of service that they provide.

After providing them with countless evidences of how bad and terrible the WiFi is in the accommodation, they were very quick to say that it had been resolved when the matter of fact, it hadn't.

Dont waste your time, money or effort. I don't believe even their employees enjoy working for them.

A disgusting service overall to be connected to.

Would give 0 stars if i could!

The wifi is massively over priced and for that you get slow internet, thats when the network isnt down (which happens often!!) and when there arent issues trying to log in to your account. Yet another company with a military contract that make tons of money and deliver an extremely low quality product!! Nothing but issues and if i could i would avoid using them.

Overpriced and terrible WiFi

Overpriced and terrible WiFi, avoid at all costs! Unfortunately for armed forces personal who live on garrisons in Tidworth and Bulford this is our only choice. Dreadful.

This is the worst wifi company ever

This is the worst wifi company ever. I've been calling the customer service team a couple of times in regards to the poor wifi connection and the customer service is very poor. They don't have any idea of what's going on and they can't give me a timeframe as to when this issue is gonna be resolved. It's been 3 days now and they still can't do anything to fix this wifi problem. It's like we're paying good money for bad wifi service, and your customer service reps need to go through training again because they are pathetic.

Got to be one of the worst internet…

Got to be one of the worst internet providers. Let me just list all the negatives
1. To expensive for what your getting
2. The wifi seems to just randomly drop out every so often. High latency so no good for gaming.
3. Quite often the internet drops out completely for hours on end.
4. Customer service team are completely clueless.
paying £26 for wifi and they can’t even provide a good stable internet connection. Absolutely shambles
And yet I’m forced to buy it as BT-openzone is horrific.

An actual joke of a company.

After being with them for 2 weeks I have cancelled due to getting about 2 days of WiFi from 14 days. The first 6 days were due to bad information, I was told the site was down as a whole until a random employee told be to change a setting which worked. 2 days after that the site did go down and I’m spending the entire BH weekend with internet, partly because the engineers don’t work on a weekend. A laughable company.

Mediaforce, more like mediafarce

Giving one star as I can't give zero.
Terrible service in general when it is running. Currently had no service for 6 days and still can't give an estimate on being fixed, just bad excuses that don't stand up to scrutiny. Happy to take money though...
