Thank you for looking into my case. Here are the details you requested. My company is from Romania.
This issue has been dragging on since February. Regarding lot 810, the local team failed to deliver the machine's operation manuals, the mandatory CE certification, and the edgebanding storage shelf (explicitly included in the lot title).On May 4th, Ms. Paola Malavolta from logistics confirmed to me in writing via email that these missing materials had finally been shipped "the previous week" (late April).Today is May 18th, two weeks have passed since her email, and I have received absolutely nothing—no package, no tracking number, and no proof of shipment.
The local Italian team is completely ignoring my requests for a simple tracking link.
Please investigate why your logistics team is claiming they shipped the items while refusing to provide a tracking number. My business is severely disrupted without the mandatory CE certificate for the machine. I expect a real manager from headquarters to step in and send me the valid tracking link immediately.
This is a terrible excuse. Troostwijk and Surplex are part of the exact same group (TBAuctions). You collected my money on your platform, and now you are washing your hands of the problem. I have already sent a formal complaint to Surplex Germany regarding the fake shipment confirmations and the missing CE certification. International buyers should know that if something goes wrong, Troostwijk will just ignore you and tell you to contact someone else. Unacceptable customer service!

SCAM -Bought a car a VW GTI 2018/2019
Bought a car a VW GTI 2018/2019 - support is only done via Email which is acceptable the response for issue came in 2/3 days (for payment issues they reply isinstantly). Car was checked by driver it was dirty out and in. No issues reported besides some scratches. (all good). Car is delivered and suprise check engine comes up at first rev. On not that detail inspection mirror ducktapped with black tape (from insisde you can see it as its the part near the window). Windshield lateral isolation missing, back wing crack appear at first wash (bad repair). I contacted them to raise the claim and they said taht the car has normal wear etc and it is put in the description "as-it-is" . Hidden faults are hidden- picture dont show damage and the phisical inspection does not include mechanical checks. - For me tis is near to fraudulent sell as I'm sure they new about the faults and not added the details as part of sell.

I bought a motorhome that seemed to be in good condition until I went to pick it up. All the photos were taken at angles that hid the serious problems with the motorhome. The entire roof structure was broken, in addition to a serious oil leak, and the engine had been washed to hide the problem. They refused to resolve any of the problems. I identified the problems as soon as I saw the vehicle and requested a cancellation, but obviously they did not accept. They are neither correct nor honest! My opinion: IF YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY, DON'T BUY IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT...! ONCE THE MONEY IS IN THEIR ACCOUNT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SOLVE EVERYTHING YOURSELF... *** Think twice before buying from this website, from this company, you may suffer a great loss even if the price often seems good ***
They are not correct, honest, and they hide the problems of the cars in order to sell them.
