Communication was polite, but responses were often slow and usually required several follow-ups. The information available for the auction lots was quite limited, making it difficult to assess the condition and documentation of the equipment before committing to the purchase.

They have too much hidden costs
They have too much hidden costs: example, the export (temporarily 14days) number plate is officially 150euro, they charge 300euros and in cash only. If you also collect the on your own terms, they still charge you 100 euros for no reasons. I mean i have already won the auction. Why all the costs and rules. The pictures online aren't the same as in reality.

The seller has to arrange the export documents to be able to give out a car, and will charge these costs to the seller. Excellent experience overall. The auction provides clear, accurate, and detailed product descriptions, making it easy to understand exactly what you are purchasing. The items I bought were in very good condition and matched the descriptions perfectly.
Collection was well organized, although it is advisable to allow enough time when picking up your items, as there may be some waiting depending on demand. For items that require self-loading, the auction clearly states this in advance, so it is important to come prepared with the appropriate equipment.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the goods and the transparency of the entire process. I would definitely purchase from this auction again and highly recommend it to others.

Terrible mostly bad
SOME deals are good, most are bad and are scams which try to look legit. troostwijk does not protect the customer against the sellers. and above that they take a massive cut when they are ''middle men'' who dont care and aren't obligated to do anything for us.
Add buyer protection, escrow and returns.
when your taking such massive cuts for BS like 'service' which doesn't even say what it is. why would i bid 25 euros and pay 46 or bid 330 and pay 550.

Don't buy anything from Troostwijk
Troostwijk lies about the state a product is in, they are obliged to give full information and transparency. They put a picture of a working printer in the ad but send you a broken one.
