Roy Allan went above and beyond to help us on this cruise. We travelled with wheelchairs and though it was tricky Roy had every avenue covered. Can't recommend him enough and the trailfinders experience

Complete re-booking, thanks Josh…
Unfortunately due to a family members ill health, 6 days prior to our dream family holiday, we had to delay our trip by 6 months. Our advisor Josh managed our change request with compassion and complete understanding. After a few phone calls all was changed to our satisfaction. Josh made it all easy and removed all our worries so we can concentrate on supporting our family.

Roger and Meg Griffin-Tokyo/Japan cruise
We felt ours was a quite involved booking——Tokyo and Japan cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary in 2027.
All our dealings were with Chris Udall at the Birmingham city centre branch.
It took 2 lengthy in person visits plus a lengthy phone call to finalise our plans and at all times Chris was informative helpful and above all patient(!).
