Once again Lauren Moody has done brilliant with my booking my second time booking with Lauren over the phone and i will again for my Christmas flight to Bangkok it's my 6th time with trailfinders and the staff are so helpful and never rush you so thanks Lauren at the Tunbridge Wells branch and another thanks to Emma Smith who just answered a couple questions for me as Lauren was busy no matter who you phone the trailfinders staff are always helpful 100% even if you never made the original booking with them..... Having previously used Trailfinders to arrange our Canada Holiday we approached them to discuss a trip to Norway. Elliot was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was available and what would suit us. Very open and honest including suggesting alternatives. Brian Reynolds looked after us very well, making sure that as the various parts of our trip were booked up, and changes made, we did not loose the benefit of originally quoted prices.
