Great experience with Trackershop from start to finish. Edson was on time and very friendly and professional. Installation was quick and he explained how everything worked. I had an issue a few weeks after original installation with a new I phone and he helped resolve the issue straight away. I would definitely recommend Trackershop to anyone.

Edson came to install a Thatcham tracker in our car and delivered a great service from start to finish. He kept us informed about his arrival time from the evening before, right up until just 30 minutes before he arrived, which was really reassuring.
He turned up exactly on time and got straight to work with no fuss. The installation was smooth and efficient, and he clearly explained everything we needed to know once it was completed.

Edson Dias, the engineer was helpful and approachable. He was competent and fitted the immobiliser within the hour. The rain did not stop him from carrying out his job. I hope the fitted immobiliser will now put my mind to rest from car thefts. James, the person I spoke with was very efficient in booking me for an appointment.

Strauss and Edson were a dream team! Super quick to organise and even used an umbrella to cover the car so it didn’t get wet in the rain

Called Trackershop after the installed immobiliser was not working as expected. Called them 3 times over 3 days and every time said someone will call me back. Not had a single call back.

Immobiliser causing issues that make car dangerous to drive.
I would avoid like the plague. Regret using their service massively.

Poor communication and organisation. Never got back to me to book installation after 24 hours so I contacted them 3 times over several days and each time I was given the same answer “you will receive a call back today” I never did. I was also told they couldn’t assign a tech to fit one of the units. I lost trust in this company and if they are already struggling to deliver a professional service at the beginning what will they be like later on?

I decided to cancel my order and request a full refund afterwards to which again seems to of been ignored and kicked down the road. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend or bother using these

Shortly after posting my original review, Charmaine at Trackershop contacted me directly. She was genuinely apologetic that my case had slipped through the cracks and took ownership of it from that point on.

She was relentless in finding a solution. She kept me informed throughout, and a replacement unit has now been supplied and fitted exactly as promised.

Credit where it's due — the original problem was a communication failure, but the recovery was excellent. Thank you, Charmaine, and thank you Trackershop.

Original Review: Order #67851 — Sterling Cat 2 Immobiliser
I ordered a Sterling Cat 2 Immobiliser from Trackershop, with installation included in the price. Trackershop subcontracted RS Connect to carry out the installation on 2 February 2026. The attending technician was unable to complete the installation, stating he did not know how to fit this unit.
Since then I have called Trackershop several times and sent emails. On each call I have been asked for my details and promised a callback. To date I have received no response, no callback, and no email reply.
I am not looking for compensation or escalation — I simply need Trackershop to confirm one of three things: how to return the unit for a refund, whether a different model is required, or whether they will arrange an installer who is trained to fit this product.
The product itself is unopened in its original state. My issue is solely with the lack of post-sale communication.

Had a communication issue (with order, not tracker) so initial service was slow, After realising this Trackershop acted quickly to sort this issue and unit now fitted.

Not quite 5* as there was this initial issue, but ultimately very good support from Trackershop once they picked the problem up and appreciate them expediting the install.

Very professional service ,technician came on time, explain everything before installation, I’m using this device second month I’m fully happy with product. Does the job. I don’t have to worry anymore about setting up steering wheel clamp.

Please don’t waste your time with this company and don’t trust the other reviews which I did and made the mistake and did !!
I ordered, paid and was given a date in March after reading the reviews. All good as the installation date came closer and I had not heard I chased Trackershop. Seems my order was mis placed and they could not keep to the promised date. Fair enough these things happen - next date booked In the meantime I don’t want to risk using my car so from I am hiring a car. The second date is approaching so again I call ( you can hand in for up to 24 mins !!) yes it’s booked and the last confirms the engineers name where he is travelling from and says I am the first call of the morning - great I plan my day around this. Today it’s now 11.00 no engineer and the doubt is in my mind … so I make the call this time the call only takes 14 mins to answer. The gentleman places me on hold and makes enquiries- yes your on the list today the engineer will be with you about 1.00 - so yet a further change of my plans and my day …… let’s see what 1.00 brings …….to be continued ….
