Did a Google search to find the Schleich Farm my granddaughter wants for Christmas. This company popped up and offered the best price. P&P not the cheapest but even with this added, it is cheaper than Amazon! It came well packaged and with a courier on the date given. Would highly recommend this company and will shop again

It's not easy finding the perfect Schleich model my two granddaughters (avid collectors) want but this company had a really extensive range. The postage and packing may seem a little expensive BUT it comes by the best courier service, exactly as arranged and in perfect condition.

I have ordered a few times now and I have to say the service is outstanding. The delivery is really quick. I ordered yesterday and it arrived this morning. The quality of the figures is amazing. I have mainly bought the animals for my 2 year old son but we found that these figures are for everyone to enjoy and we get hours worth of fun with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. :-)

Ordered a large schleich set for my son's birthday. Price seemed too good to be true. Red the reviews here and decided to order. My arrived the next day. Perfect condition, amazing price.

Wow, super fast delivery! I only ordered my daughter's birthday present (lots of Schleich horses) yesterday and it arrived at midday today. Best price I could find for the horses too. I'll definitely order again in the future.

I was a little sceptical about ordering from this site but needn't of worried, item received very quickly and i was kept well up to date with delivery times, excellent service.

I wouldn't give this company one star if I had a choice. I paid for some Barbie toys for my Granddaughter for Christmas 2020. Was informed that it had been shipped from USA (!!). Nothing received and no replies for order status.
I have informed Consumer Standards about this website, but they seem to be still conning folk. Beware!!

Ordered a few Schleich toys for my daughter’s birthday. Arrived fine, but within an hour one of their leg’s snapped off - just like that (no rough play or anything). I emailed them with the images, got a very brief reply ”Thanks for email [my name] - not so good - a clean break - have forwarded to schleich uk who will replace.” That was literally all it said. That was 12.4, we are now 2.5 still no replacement and no reply to my follow on email to ask when it might arrive. Daughter still waiting for her birthday present.

Great service, quick response on email, great products and delivery was really quick with great tracking. The packaging was really well done so each item was totally secure and no chance of any breakage WITHOUT A MASS OF WASTED CARDBOARD AND NO BUBBLE WRAP (yes is can be done!).

My daughter is going to love her christmas gifts and we shall definitely be using this brilliant shop again!!

Fantastic service and prompt delivery. Very well packaged and the big horse show and horses were the cheapest on the net. Would highly recommend. Very pleased with the customer service when I phoned to enquire about the postage.

The horses arrived promptly and were packaged very well with no plastic, just cardboard which I loved.
The Shleich horses were cheaper than on other sites so that was great!

Perfect delivery arived 3 days later all boxes perfect and mechandise in there was a little worried on the mixed reviews but glad i didn't listen to some of them and ordered anyway.
