Super speedy delivery and good customer service! Our parcel arrived on Saturday morning and one of our items was incorrect, I emailed the company (offices shut at the weekend), but Monday morning I received a response to say that our missing item was in the post and to keep the incorrect one. It's not even midday Tuesday and it's already arrived. Thanks so much, my little one is going to be over the moon when she opens birthday presents to find all of her favourite garden creatures!

I’d never heard of this company before - when I searched them online I found mixed reviews which made me unsure about using them. As it was a relatively low cost order I went ahead, and now I’ve used them I thought I’d leave a recent review to help others feel more comfortable using them too.
Website has great pricing, much lower than the shops - it also had a product I couldn’t find anywhere else. If you order before noon you get next day delivery- after noon it takes an additional day. Flat fee for delivery which was a little over £5 (a little on the expensive side)… but I had full tracking information seconds after purchasing, and the order arrived before noon the following day. It was tracked so I had a delivery window.
Products are brand new/pristine and packaged well.
Overall I am very happy with the website, product and shipping.

Having not used the company we made a tel call and spoke to a nice guy. He gave us confidence that it was a good company. Great stock choice, Ordered some Papo figures on Friday arrived first thing Saturday. Brilliant!!

Ordered from these guys several times over the last few years. Prices are great, service is great and delivery is always on time with no issues.

Items didn’t arrive

- lost in transit when couriered with DPD. I sent an initial email and they assured me the items weren’t lost just delayed. I’d already called DPD who said the items were lost and had failed to be delivered. I sent further emails to the company - none of which have had a response - I requested a refund for the goods paid for. I had to open a dispute with the bank I used to pay for the goods in order to received a transaction dispute refund. This company have not replied to emails, not refunded me and not answered phone calls. I have noticed they have requested the items back from DPD so they are received correspondence they are just too ignorant to reply to customers.

I have had a very smooth process with this company. I ordered a gift for someone and when it turned up the item box and the box it was delivered in was torn and battered, but it was clear to me that this was a result of mishandling by the courier company. I reached out to the company via email, attached photos and explained that i would not feel comfortable gifting it in the state it was in, and I received a very friendly and apologetic email back. I was issued a full refund and they offered to let me keep the item. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the customer service experience I received and will absolutely order from this site in the future, I just hope that next time the courier company are a little more fragile with the parcel.

Amazing experience. Fast delivery. We ordered a large amount of schleich vehicles and wild animals and we were not disappointed. Everything is absolutely perfect. Great price. Highly recommend this company. Haven’t used them before this is a first time order following finding them on Google and we were very impressed and would use again.

This company go above and beyond for their customers.
Firstly, they are selling Schleich and Papo figures for fantastic value; much cheaper than most other sellers.
Secondly, their customer support team are brilliant. I had two Papo figures that broke within weeks of receiving them. I have a newborn and didn’t get round to reporting these faults for 6 months. Within hours of receiving my email, they had replied with kind words and offered a refund! I wasn’t expecting any money back; I had just wanted to let them know that the Papo figures were very fragile.
Thank you particularly to Peter who replied so swiftly, and also amusingly advised that I take the “fellows to a happy hospital” for repair. I do hope that the decapitated dilophosaurus is gentle with the toy doctor!

Ordered some Schleich and Papo dinosaurs (the sturdy plastic type which will survive until after the next comet) to complement existing ones I had for my son. Should have just ordered them from here in the first place, quick deliver and were cheaper than any other place got previous ones including a well known toy store (Smyths)

Customer service is very poor/ ignoring emails.
My items were never delivered.
I got a refund for my goods, but there was no refund for the delivery that I've paid.
Emailed the company, but still no reply.

Speedy delivery.
One toy box punctured/stained. They refunded me £10.
However I requested a replacement straight away upon receipt.
I have an autistic grandson who is very inflexible. Everything must be perfect - including the toy box that the toys come in.
Despite my explanation T &L refused to exchange saying that the contents would be perfectly okay in their opinion despite the damaged box. I felt that there was insufficient time to order the item from another supplier. Christmas Day was ‘difficult’ as a consequence.

Toys and Learning never let me down. Completely forgot to order a Schleich riding school for my granddaughter for Christmas. Made a panic order on Tuesday 20 December, and it's arrived at 9.15 am Thursday 22nd. Honestly! Thank you so much to all at T & L and dpd!!

Hi I live in Northern Ireland, and I placed an order on the 3rd of December, the money has been took from my account on this date.
Why did it let me place the order if you Don't deliver to Northern Ireland and WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A REFUND?

Low prices for Schleich and great range of toys to choose from. Delivery was fast despite items being bought at the busiest time of the year. Many thanks!

Brilliant service from this company. Schleich brand was a complete unknown to me but my great niece has asked Santa for the ponies. Well, I love the product and the prices.
