Beautiful packaging. Lovely luxurious product.

I have purchased a number of silk pillowcases over the years from The Silk Collection, as well as their hair scrunchies and silk hair curlers. These products never disappoint - the quality is consistently beautiful, and the prices are incredibly competitive given how premium the items are.
But what truly sets this company apart is the experience that comes with every purchase. It’s not just about the product (as lovely as they are); it’s about how they make you feel as a customer. With each order, I’ve received a warm, personal email of thanks from Anya, the Founder, which is such a thoughtful touch. Every parcel arrives beautifully wrapped and presented, making their items perfect as gifts for loved ones - or a special treat for yourself.

Loved the silk pillowcases especially the oyster grey (which is a true grey rather than the brown appearance in the picture). The customer service is what makes this company shine. The team is always on hand to answer queries and when a returned parcel got lost in the mail they handled it very professionally.

When I first ordered my pillowcase and hair cap I had to ask for an exchange as it was all frayed. I have taken care of my pillow case washed as per instructions and left to dry naturally. Tonight when putting my pillow case on my pillow it all tore down the seam it’s less than 12 months old. I also have found the pillowcase extremely thin and does not feel like the quality described on the website. I regret spending the money but admit silk is a game changer but I will not order with this company again as in my opinion it’s poor quality.

Absolutely beautiful products, especially the silk hair ties. I have hair extensions and it’s very important to look after them. One of the ways of looking after them is to the tie your hair up at night. These lovely hair bands are more than capable of keeping my thick hair tied up all night. I’ve tried other brands, but this is the site I return to for the quality and reliability of these hair ties. If you buy some ties you will say good bye to broken pieces of hair (silk is so gentle), no pulled out hair whilst trying to remove the tie, plus you’ll never suffer from indents left on your hair from wearing your hair in a ponytail overnight. The latter is particularly helpful as I like to wash my hair in the evening. With these ties I can get up, remove the tie, brush my hair and I’m ready to go. Another major plus of these hair ties is their durability. Only after months of daily use will they become slightly slack and may need swapping out for a new tie. Go and buy a set of ties I promise you that you won’t regret it (especially for us hair extension girlies).

Only order my silk hair ties (now have a variety of sizes and colours - all of which are great quality) from this company and have ordered gifts for others. I first started buying from Anya (The Silk Collection) years ago. I cannot recommend the brand enough. Anya is so kind and personal with her touches; from replying to my emails personally or including an extra free silk scrunchie in my orders. The quality is superb for the price point and I recommend this brand whenever I can. I will continue shopping here for years to come!

I have ordered from The Silk Company several times and the service and products are excellent. I had my order within days as promised and the packaging of pillowcases in boxes makes it feel very special. The pillowcases themselves are exquisite, the silk is amazing quality and it feels wonderful against your skin. They wash well too! The eye mask is also thick and soft, I particularly enjoy wearing mind during a relaxation podcast. My husband loves his at night, especially when I’m reading with the light on. And the hair bands are lovely and they last well and don’t drag in your hair. All make wonderful presents!

Everything about the company is fabulous, from products to customer service. This Christmas I shared the silk love with gifts to family, heatless hair curler & scrunchies. My personal favourites are statement silk scrunchies, I have most colours now.

The packaging was beautiful! It was so comfortable to wear (the XL) and even when my first attempt at heartless curls wasn’t great (because I need practise), they messaged me straight away for tips on how to use. So good!

I love these silk scrunchies for my hair. They have some beautiful colours and they are extremely well made. I also love the eye sleep masks. These are perfect for long haul flights.

I am obsessed with the products!!! I’ve been using the silk eye mask, silk hair ties and silk pillow cases and I don’t know how I ever lived without them!!! Amazing quality you can feel from first touch! I’ve thrown out every hair tie I own that isn’t silk!! The pillowcase is such a game changer for my hair as well, I wake up with smoother less frizzy hair than I would with a regular pillowcase and the difference is noticeable.

You can tell that the company puts a lot of effort into their product. Everything is well crafted and luxurious without the luxury price tag. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I randomly came across the Silk Collection while doom scrolling, as we do on occasion. And thought I’d order and give the products a try.

I ordered a silk pillowcase and a heat-less curler set. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products. So smooth and silky! Had to try the heat-less curler that same night. I was so excited! Even though my technique was probably not the best I woke up with amazing bouncy curls. Which actually lasted! My hair being very stubborn and not liking to do what I want it to I was really happy with the result, especially the fact that it didn’t feel frizzy and electrified like XD

I have been a victim of ordering things from adds while doom scrolling and defiantly was disappointed. This was not the case this time. So much so I decided to buy the silk bonnet and another pillow case. Quilty.. I have been converted only thing being it is a little pricy, but the quality is also amazing so I will take it. Now I want all colours of the pillow cases. Send support for self control.

I will be sleeping on my cooling, soft silk pillowcase case not feeling an ounce of regret tonight and going forwards. And look forward to using the bonnet along with my practice for the heat-less curler <3
