It all sounded like a great when I signed up as my dog has allergies so thought this would be a great idea.
However the boxes being sent out unfortunately I couldn’t feed due to the ingredients (protein source) being used.
I had contacted the company numerous times to make them aware and for this to be changed but repeatedly kept getting it wrong, even though I was still paying out monthly.
In the end I decided to give up and cancel my subscription.
Really poor service and communication!

Fabulous idea. A great company. My dog loves his treats and get super excited when they come through the post. The advent calendars where a great touch. I even purchased one for my sons dog and they went down a treat. The customer service goes above and beyond. A perfect way to treat your special fur baby.

Good service, quick response

I can't remember what I used this company for but since I don't remember any negative feelings it must have been alright.
They promised I can leave the review without making an account and there is no such option visible so I'm deducting one star.

Sophie runs an excellent business, with the personal touch.
Deluvery is always on time.
Packaging is personalised with a picture, top quality materials and securely wrapped.
Her products are really cute and lived by my two furry pups.
Her communications are excellent, prompt, courteous and she is always there for any questions.

Fantastic produce with a really personal service. My dogs adore their monthly treats and especially loved their advent calendars. Highly recommend.

Great products tailored to your pet. Sophie is happy to chat through any questions, costs are reasonable for the quality of the product and our dog loves all the recipes. The advent calendars make great presents too. Payments collected regularly and the personalised deliveries add a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this company to anyone wanting good quality dog biscuits, Our dogs loved them they were the only thing bar a little bit of food they would eat when they were diagnosed with cancer, They were amazing with us when we had to cancel due to the passing of our dogs and we will definitely be going back to them once we get another dog, the range of flavors was amazing and the fact that you could tell they were handmade was even better 👍

Absolutely love these treats! My dog favours them over any others that I buy in. He has a very sensitive tummy, these are one of the few that I have found that actually agree with him. They're brilliant, I'd highly recommend them to anyone with a dog.

Great personalised dog treats.

My only criticism would be that they are a bit pricey but know you have to make a living somehow :)
