Seems like a scam! Poor quality rucksack

I bought a large backpack near the start of the year to take my puppy out when he wasn't able to walk far enough. This was fine but didn't have much support for him. Then one day the bag strap (the only strap) broke when clipping myself up. I was really disappointed as I bought the large bag to hold him when he was fully grown yet it didn't even last when he was a small puppy! When asking for a refund they gave me a voucher code for the same price yet I wasn't about to get the same product again. So I thought I would get a dog bed but they have been out of stock for over 9 months and there are such a small range to buy from i don't want to get the poor quality backpack again. I then emailed my predicament a few months ago and still no reply. DO NOT GET THE POOR QUALITY!

Excellent service

Excellent service. We ordered a papoose for our old dog and it was too big. Absolutely no issues with exchange for smaller size. Communication with company superb.
As for the papoose- our toy Yorkie has heart failure and can't walk far, she looks really happy in it. Great product- highly recommend.

Excellent

I bought the anti- vomiting bowls for my two cats and I'm delighted to say they work! In the few weeks I've had them there hasn't been a single episode of bringing up food when previously it would be at least a couple of times a week.
They are a great price and I definitely recommend buying from PayPaw!

Great product!

Just love this harness. So easy to put on and looks great. I usually have problems with my dog biting and chewing the harness as I put it on, but this is far more easier to use. I have had lots of comments from people saying how nice it looks. Highly recommend.

Finally a harness that fits!!

Finally after buying multiple XXL harnesses from different companies, PlayPaw has got one that actually is the size thats specified online! Quick delivery and the name tags came a couple days later. The harness really helps with my dogs pulling and makes it much easier to handle him as he’s a big boi 60kg! Great service and will order from here again!

Great harness for my two collie's, one large one Medium.
The large is bigger than expected and too big for him, careful with the size chart , I'd go down if your right on the deviding size, there's plenty adjustment

Perfect cat fountain for fussy feline

After trying a number of different models over the years, our cat absolutely loved the motion sensor detector water fountain we go him from PlayPaw. Would definitely recommend it to owners of fussy cats.

Safety In the car.

I wanted one for my deaf english setter puppy to feel calm and secure as he cannot hear commands....

I placed an order 19 March and was told…

I placed an order 19 March and was told it was being processed, the following day I was told there was no shipping to my destination and asked me to confirm if the order should be cancelled. 2 days later I got a further email to say my order is still processing, 26 March I got an email to say that my order may not have dispatched but this could be a system error. I replied to advise that playpaw had advised me that they could ship the item to me and that my refund is still outstanding. Looking forward to receiving my refund and hope they can get themselves organised as at present there seems to be no clear structure being used to process orders.

On March 20th, we sent you an email to inform you that we were unable to deliver to your address. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you, and it was only after our automated emails stating there was an issue processing your order that you reached out to us. We then explained that we were awaiting confirmation of the cancel and refund, as some customers give us an alternative address to deliver to, and it is standard practice to liaise with the customer first.

We value your feedback and are disappointed to see that you have given us a 1-star review based on the confusion surrounding your order. We believe that our prompt action to resolve the issue, clear communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrate our trustworthiness as a business.

In addition, our email system notifying customers of the inability to process orders is another example of how we prioritize transparency and integrity in our business practices. We pride ourselves on having a high level of automation to remind customers of any issues with their orders, as many other businesses do not have this level of convenience.

Well made items, bought 2

Well made, seems like it could last, looks comfortable and a good fit, with good adjustments. Both boys sit and wait to put on, no shying away when putting on. Didn't have anything written on as the dog trainer thought people would want to see what it says, which would make both boys more anxious than they already are. Expected delivery to be quicker not having anything written on them,still would recommend.
