What can I tell you, the laptop was delivered on time but only after one month, the screen started to shown an horizontal white line. I am still in the process to get the warranty applied but it takes one week between emails to be answered.

Placed an order, the order was cancelled by Tiger Direct. It took over 7 days for Tiger's preautorization to come off our credit card. Tiger tied up $2700 for 8 days and kept telling us to call our bank. Staff were no help, their card processor was no help. Tiger staff should be educated with regard to preauthorization: preauth is managed by the vendor (Tiger) card processor. Our bank cannot do anything about the preauth charge. Imagine if Tiger preauthed the card, sent goods and i called my bank to cancel the transaction.... Very disgusted with the whole purchase process. Tiger did at the time have the best price however once the order follies occurred, we could not in good faith allow Tiger to resubmit the order. BEWARE!

This HP has all the features I wanted, I think, and the price was right, but I'll be a long time sorting it out since a) I'm new to WIndows10 and b) there was no documentation provided. To be fair, no one promised the latter when I ordered.

The order process was easy, the memory I purchased is reliable, and it's renewed the life of my 2010 MacBook Pro!

Bought this reconditioned Harmony 650 remote at great price. It works wonderfully. Why buy a new one when you can save money on a reconditioned one.

US reps also gave me faulty numbers to call. One was some random business, another was to an angry citizen who was extremely angry that they keep getting tigerdirect calls.

Your service is fine but when you need help with your product its very hard to get in touch with support who can help! It takes weeks for someone to get in touch with you!
