Arrived in a timely manner. I would rate the refurbished condition as excellent. I really liked the small size of the computer. It came with a keyboard and wired mouse (which were not in the advertised description) but both of those were of questionable quality. But one can't complain too much about free stuff. All in all, a great replacement for a tired laptop that was being used as a temporary desktop.

Product exactly as advertised. The only problem I had was that I was never sent a tracking number to track the shipment. Almost had the shipment sent back from courier because I didn't know it had arrived.

Placed an order for a router that…
Placed an order for a router that should have been really simple. I never heard anything, so I finally called the 800 number, only to find out that it's a US number. So, they gave me a different, Canadian number, and when I called that the person answered 'hello', and sounded like he just woke up. When I asked if it was Tiger Direct, he answered 'oh yeah'! Then, he told me that they don't even have the router that I ordered, but he eventually found 'somewhere else' where he could get it (and I finally did get it). Weeks later though. That was an upsetting and horrible experience. Best Buy would have had it delivered to me in 48 hours.
