Iconic venue and great line up, fantastic weather and friendly staff. All bands were great with Maiden being superb as usual. Experience let down by poor parking signage at junction 8 of A1m and junct... See more

System of a down Tottenham
Sadly even though wearing my sunflower lanyard I was sent to 3 different gates by security who were very unhelpful, the gate I was meant to go in wouldn’t allow me, and I was told to go and get a paper ticket from the box office the other side of the stadium, we missed the start of the band, there was nothing wrong with our tickets. we saw the security from being far two forceful bordering on violent when removing a member of the crowd, his arm was bent right back behind his head and had two members of “response” dragging him, and one was pulling his arm into a possible break position, he struggled in pain and two more security staff charged them into a wall and lots of the crowd stopped to watch. Heavy metal people are generally not violent and it was an overuse of powers, badly managed and breaking SIA rules of force as I know them. One security member was smiling about it until he met my stare and disgust. We heard a few other people discussing security and that they seemed to think they were working a violent football ground. The sound was not good enough for the size of the venue, I think this was the wrong venue for these bands and I won’t be going back.
Maiden were EPIC! Logisitics were chaos!
The chaos after the show was awful and disabled people were not considered in the logistics planning at all. I was dreadfully disappointed by this and am now having to recover from the ordeal. Booking the accessible tickets needs to be sharpened up to stop scammers getting companion tickets when they don't need them. This takes up space that wheelchair users and those with other mobility aids could not access. Dropping off and pick up points were miles away from the exit. The staff were great, but many were young and inexperienced.

Communication re event excellent. Entry and exit easy, seats and facilities were great.
Flawed booking process and extortionate ticket prices.…
When I booked the event my bookings were rejected a number of times snd the ticket price kept on rising. I paid an extortionate amount for my tickets due to the flaws in the booking process. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else, desperately wanting to see their favourite band.

Always easy to use with great description of how to navigate to where you need to be.
Tickets were easy to buy
Tickets were easy to buy, venue was clean and staff was helpful. Location was awful to get to and worse to leave and get to main train stations BUT concert was soooo epic that we wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again!!!!
Everything was great apart of…
Everything was great apart of arrangements for transport after the concert. After walking about 25 min to the next available station the station was holding a lot of people just outside the gate to access the station saying it was too busy and made us miss the last train. Then thousands of people trying to order uber we managed to get uber 1am only. Very disorganised and that neighbourhood can’t support an event that big
Tottenham is an awful venue to get to
Tottenham is an awful venue to get to for public transport and made worse last night by the various faults on the underground system meaning we had to walk for 30mins in the heat to get to the venue and then at the end of the night had to walk 30mins again to get to the nearest working tube and missed the last train home from St Pancras.
When we were walking to the venue we had to stop and buy water but when we got to the venue our emptied bottles (without lids as per ticketmasters instructions) were taken off of us and thrown away because they had apparently changed the rules. The various delays (admittedly the fault of TfL and lack of comms from them) meant that despite leaving in really good time we missed the 30min set from Acid Bath that my daughter really wanted to see. Basically, the lack of travel options to the venue from Kent means I’ll never go there again.
As for the music, QOTSA were clearly rocking away but the sound quality was so poor I couldn’t hear the singing only the bass and that ruined their set for me and I was so excited to see them.
Luckily, and the only saving grace, the sound was better for SOAD. The mixing still wasn’t great and the singing was still drowned out somewhat but it was better and they did rock!
The best experience ever 😍🤘🏻🎸
Confusing ticketing..
I was emailed with the option to upgrade my tickets. I opted to upgrade to Diamond VIP and also Seat Unique Terrace as we wanted some shade for our 11 year old daughter during the day as it was 32 degrees and also wanted access to the front of the stage later in the day for Lewis Capaldi. I was able to book both these upgrades and I paid for both. On the day, the box office, scanned our tickets, printed them and praised me for my forward thinking. Upon entry to the gates, we were refused entry with both upgrades. We were told you can only have 1 upgrade. This is not mentioned on the website at all. Several staff members disagreed with this decision but were overruled by a ticketing manager. They ended up refunding one of my upgrades and we had to choose on the spot where to go. If multiple upgrades are not allowed then they shouldn’t be able to be booked on the site and it should be written in your terms & conditions.

We couldn't even hear the singers voices, how bad was the sound system set.

Ticketmaster & Take That '26
I have no faults with my experience with either Ticketmaster and the Etihad Stadium. Ticket master kept me informed with all aspects from my first booking my seats, which I found quite easy and I'm 72, unto the glorious experience of seeing the Circus and Take That. I was getting a little concerned as I hadn't received my e- ticket a week before but with a couple of days it appeared in my app. And easily transferred to my wallet.
Easily colour coded areas for queues
Easily colour coded areas for queues. All staff polite, guided through to our 2nd floor . Easily clearly marked sections and seats signage . If staff did not know the answer they quickly found us some one who could answer us.
Leaving was same experience plenty of staff to guide us out.
I left actually quite impressed with all experience! It made us feel safe.
