Easy to navigate website from start to finish.
Clear concise information throughout.
Quality of events I have attended have been first class.
Piece Hall Halifax is a spectacular venue and perfect for outdoor performances.
All staff in attendance are great.
Plenty of choice for bars for refreshments and lots of toilets available with clearly marked access in and out.
Entering and leaving the venue is easy and great access into Halifax town centre and transport options.
Highly recommend.

Everything was great. 2 suggestions would be to offer more shaded areas and have more portaloos. Very long queues and easy to put more in.

Absolutely no issues

We had a fantastic time overall. Our only criticism was that a group of obnoxious girls somehow got into the Gold Circle and continually pushed their way to the front, shoving people aside. It was disappointing that this wasn’t dealt with, as it detracted from an otherwise brilliant event.

All went smoothly. Tickets made available, booking easy and great concert.

Fabulous in every way. Great communication, great updates and instructions, helpful suggestions all added to the experience

Ticketmaster was really easy to use. The tickets were then easy to find and use in the app.
If I had one constructive criticism, it would be that there should be a warning when purchasing tickets for level 5 at Wembley that you confirm that you understand they may not be suitable for those with vertigo. My husband was unable to access our seats and we ended up purchasing more tickets lower down and we were not the only ones in that situation

Ticket master app not working properly a few days before the concert. Could not print tickets or download tickets for the concert. Lucky when we got through security on the day of the concert someone helped us out and we got to see the concert. But we spent all day worrying that we might not get in to the venue.

The VIP wasn’t worth it as it was out of the way of the main field, I expected to be able to go straight from the bar area to a vip viewing area.
Paul Weller was outstanding as always, sound was amazing and great screens.

Went to see Decon Blue and Lightning seeds absolute blast from the past and present fantastic experience all round from purchase of tickets kept informed all the way with updates etc .

The organisation is amazing and all staff smiley friendly and helpful if you have any problems keep doing what your doing 10 out of 10 queues for bars were quick and efficient hardly any wait plenty of loos and portaloos so no longer waits there either the view of the stage in the venue if not too high up is good for everyone . Taxis and buses back into town all waiting outside so hardly any queue there either the atmosphere is friendly and exciting its my favourite venue 💯 %

Amazing pyrotechnics amazing theatrical performance and an amazing atmosphere I've always wanted to see this band live but didn't think I'd get the chance to so this was a incredible show that I will never forget
