Iconic venue and great line up, fantastic weather and friendly staff. All bands were great with Maiden being superb as usual. Experience let down by poor parking signage at junction 8 of A1m and junct... See more

The transfer of tickets from sellers…
The transfer of tickets from sellers was simple to use however, it is a bit nerve racking when you purchase your ticket in January and the seller only sends it 4 days before the concert date. I have not experienced negatives with Ticketmaster, always come through with great results.
Absolutely epic
Well organised and venue great. SoAD were absolutely brilliant - best gig I’ve been to. I though Linkin Park was great but the sheer energy and interaction of SoAD was incredible

The comms were good and the tickets appeared in my app efficiently. I downloaded to my Apple Wallet without a hitch.
Ticketmaster = 0 stars…
If I could give Ticketmaster 0 stars then that would still be too much to give to them. Absolute shambles of a company. They kept me on hold for over 1 hour and found it very difficult to give me my tickets even though I bought them back in November 2025! I went through 4 or 5 separate members of Ticketmaster including senior management which were also clueless and totally out of their depth. They would not respond to me when I was talking to them and they would just ignore me. They have completely upset me and my family and ruined our experience of going to see tonight’s concert. They refused to pay any compensation for the 2 hour phone call or for the awful experience. Once the tickets were showing in the app they put me on hold and refused to take me off being on hold until I hung up. They have no respect or consideration for their customers. I will never use Ticketmaster again and probably won’t bother to see a concert again as the hassle is not worth it. My recommendation would be to never engage with Ticketmaster!!!
Roundhay Park
Our experience with this event has rubbish.
We were advertised park and stride which claimed to be a 30 minute walk so we timed it perfectly parking with over an hour to go till the artist we wanted to see started (Conan Gray 6:50). We parked at about 5:40 which gave us over an hour to walk there and get in. An hour later the walk had just finished to the event (baring in mind we are 26 young and fit). This gave us 10 minutes to get in and get to the stage. We then queued to get in for around 45 minutes which included a queue to just show someone a ticket to get through the gate and then another queue too get tickets scanned and then another queue to go through bag check. It was very slow moving and very badly organised meaning we got into the venue 30 minutes after Conan Gray started meaning we missed the majority of his set to what we had been looking forward to.

Disability support is nonexistent
Ticketmaster's access "service" is appalling. There's no interest in people with disabilities and certainly no empathy. They say all the right things on their website in order to barely comply with the law but the reality in dealing with them is very, very different. I bought tickets to this gig for my son and his partner, both of whom are disabled but don't require a wheelchair. I was told the only option available was a wheelchair space tucked away in a corner like they were something to be ashamed of. I avoid buying from Ticketmaster whenever possible because every single time I do, I have a massive battle to get any kind of help with the disabilities my family have. Unfortunately Ticketmaster seem to be becoming the sole distributor for an increasing number of artists which is effectively discriminating against the most vulnerable people in our society who really just want to be treated as people.
System of a Down were apparently fantastic though!
Good sound and bands, but VIP not worth it
Good sound, good stage, good bands. Free water supply by stewards. I had VIP tickets. 1)Too long of a stand in the sun to be allowed in. 2 1/2 hours. 2) Too many VIP guests to be considered "different".3) As a result, VIP and non-VIP guests were almost next to each other. In any given concert, I would have stood in front of stage if I had come at 2pm anyway. What was the benefit of VIP? To me and several others, the price of VIP was not worth it.

Get the opening times right
After we booked train tickets based around the doors opening at 7pm, we then found out the advertised opening time was wrong, leaving us with hardly any spare time to get to the gig. Missed the opening act completely
