Iconic venue and great line up, fantastic weather and friendly staff. All bands were great with Maiden being superb as usual. Experience let down by poor parking signage at junction 8 of A1m and junct... See more

James Taylor and the venue
It was the most exhilarating experience…
It was the most exhilarating experience of my life. We arrived at around 5pm and the queue was extremely long, however a very helpful worker informed us of a more efficient way to enter; through the o2 priority app, we were able to access a shorter queue. Therefore, we obtained incredible seats with the most amazing view. We stood on the tiered area and it was a great place to stand. During the queue, we were able to purchase a CD which allowed us to have a meet and greet with the band!!! What a day! Would highly recommend!!!! Shoutout to CRUZZZ
Perfect
Perfect! The Piece Hall in the sun! What a venue for James Taylor. Book him again please!
The James Taylor concert was brilliant but Ticketmaster App failed
The James Taylor concert was brilliant, although the Ticketmaster App failed due to "Network Failure" and this created long queues (ours was 30 minutes, 90 minutes in advance of the act coming on stage) at the entrance of the Peice Hall venue as people had to try regain their ticket from their original email, this included ourselves. There were noticably several arguements witnessed between Security and some clearly distressed people who were unable to show their tickets. A person told me that another problem is that you can only store one ticket in a Google Wallet. NOTE: This reveiw was in response to Ticketmaster requesting a reveiw! So now they have it.
Awesome Gig
Excellent show. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to purchase accessible tickets as I am born disabled but team at Tottenham Stadium has helped me and supported me during the event. I appreciate their help.

Great show easy to get in and out
Great event
Tickets easy to get and use. The venue was very good and not too crowded so we got a good view and sound. Overall a great experience
Excellent concert,great venue
Great night, brilliant venue, well organised
Great night, absolutely brilliant venue (Piece Hall, Halifax), well organised, free water handed out on a very warm summer evening. One of the best organised concerts we've ever been to. Ticketmaster easy to use, tickets accessible by phone. Booking straightforward too.
It started out great however it got to…
It started out great however it got to the main act and there was so many pits opening up, it made the experience so bad, had beer thrown in the air and hit my eye and then kept getting f pushed and shoved to the point where I had to get out. Very upsetting experience and my friends who were with me also felt disappointed. The staff should have done more to prevent this as I saw 2 people get taken out via ambulance staff
Probably the worst customer service in the world
Its 24 hours before the concert and ticketmaster are still unable to tell me when they are going to issue my tickets, even though I purchased them through their website months ago. Apparently all their agents are busy helping other people so they can't chat to me, instead I have to email them. Each time they provide me with different and conflicting information. Sometimes directing me towards other apps; sometimes towards apps for completely unrelated events. Its a farce and also quite stressful. Will I get in or not? Ticketmaster's latest advice was 'just go without the tickets and ask at the desk with your ID'. Great.

System of a down
Excellent venu. The gig was fantastic and made welcome by the staff there
I know you have heard it all before but…
I know you have heard it all before but LISTEN!!!! The concert itself with Iron Maiden was amazing with great support bands too and inside was well organised BUT OMG what an absolute mess trying to get out of the park and home. Myself and my daughter went knowing that it would be busy and a bit of a hike getting in, but trying to get home was so stressful it just ruined the whole experience. We stood in a Taxi queue after the show inside the park for 2 hours with very few to no Taxis being allowed in to pick people up. We reluctantly decided to walk home!!!! I suffer from a chronic illness (Vasculitis) which probably doesn’t mean anything to you, but it is extremely debilitating. I thought I would be ok knowing that I could get a lift home. Trying to get out of the park mainly in the dark with most of the Marshalls we came across being absolutely clueless/unsympathetic and unhelpful, I started to panic. It was only with the help and kindness of a complete Stranger from Manchester did we manage to get back to civilisation and get a cab from Gunnelswood road and then home.
I will never set foot back in that place again…..sorry Iron Maiden you were amazing but I would never put me or my friends and family through that again!!!!

Wasn’t given the option to download my tickets & had to print them
The transfer of tickets from sellers…
The transfer of tickets from sellers was simple to use however, it is a bit nerve racking when you purchase your ticket in January and the seller only sends it 4 days before the concert date. I have not experienced negatives with Ticketmaster, always come through with great results.
