Iconic venue and great line up, fantastic weather and friendly staff. All bands were great with Maiden being superb as usual. Experience let down by poor parking signage at junction 8 of A1m and junct... See more

System of a Down
Everything was great with tickets for System of a Down 👍 maybe only sound on the stadium was a bit sh... Booking process 👍🏻 Location hmmm queue to toilet queue for beer (very slow) area not really nice 😉
Get the opening times right
After we booked train tickets based around the doors opening at 7pm, we then found out the advertised opening time was wrong, leaving us with hardly any spare time to get to the gig. Missed the opening act completely
Great band & great venue loud Rock!
Great band & great venue for loud Rock!
Great concert, porr toilets
Great concert. No hassle getting into and out of venue and seat. Long queues at bar area and especially toilets. Sorry the venue needs gents and ladies toilets and not unisex which were chaotic, no stewards or queuing so it was a free fir all, and my wife missed 10 mins of the 2nd half because of this. I really feel sorry for females using a toilet after a male! Good concert otherwise and I heard others commenting positively about the venue and the concert afterwards. Just my opinion but I prefer the the Ross Bandstand in Princess Street Garden for concerts.
Sweet Baby James.
Fabulous singing. Tried to transfer tickets by whatsapp 30 minutes before the gig to two people stuck in traffic - I had a message saying they had gone but recipient hadn't received them. Scarey! It was sorted out by the time they arrived. There was a confusion with people sitting in our seats- it took 5 differentstewards before it was sorted. They were all helpful but not knowledgeable about placings of seats. Two older men and a pregnant woman queued for the entire interval and didn't reach the toilets before the second part of the show.
Tickets were easy to purchase

A great concert experience
We really enjoyed our James Taylor concert at Edinburgh castle.
I booked last October.I like the barcode as it is easier than carrying paper.
We were able to use the disabled lane as my wife is handicapped and get in our seat quicker.
The stewards were nice, smiling and polite.
The seat were confortable and we had a great stage view.
Queue for the toilet, but soap and paper were provided to wash your hands.
A very good experience all round.👍

Fantastic experience from getting the tickets to the actual show. The staff were very helpful assisting numerous people who required assistance. The venue is a superb setting with a great atmosphere.
Great gig
Great gig. Great location/setting. Weather was good.
James Taylor was truly amazing.
Extra bonus was Lou Marini (Blues Bros) on Sax.
Difictult accessibility
Overall, it was a decent experience. I can't fault the gig itself, but inside Wembley Stadium is definitely not accessible. To try to navigate through the huge merch and bar queues to find the information points was an absolute nightmare. Security was not helpful at all, and managing and getting access to the disabled toilets was a nightmare.

Great experience
Very informative. Kept us updated with tickets ect. All in all a good experience.
We didn’t take ticket insurance with Allianz as they are a dreadful company and I sincerely wish Ticketmaster would discontinue their association with them as it’s much easier to take insurance at the time of purchase.

Everything good
Everything good, communication etc. Ticket entry by mobile a pita, at my age I worry as I'm a technophobe - in any case I'm old school & like to keep all my concert tickets,
