Had VIP tickets but not VIP. Need more bench seating + limit number of people in VIP area got to situation where a lot of people could not see stage properly.
Too long delay between acts and staging so unnecessarily too long.

Absolutely fantastic concert deacon blue was brilliant as always, venue was tremendous (weather helped) such a brilliant atmosphere, only downside was 1 ginger security man been rude to myself and many others

Shepherds Bush!! The venue is terrible!! The system from start to finish of getting into the building, the standing area is ridiculous and dangerous!! The temperature was far too hot which people were collapsing!! I would never ever go again

I normally dislike Ticketmaster intensely , but on this occasion the tickets were released by Somerset house directly with no ability to transfer and sell on the tickets , which was great. Anything to stop touts and profiteers and help genuine fans is great .

Tickets purchase was good, how ever, publicising the concert started at 6.30pm and being 2.30 mins in duration was mis leading as it was 7.30pm to 10.20pm. That needs to be updated properly. The concert itself fantastic, however venue needs properly spaced seating as it felt we had no space and sitting on top of each other.

Loved the venue great use before the tattoo starts! Only downside was to many people walking about going to the bar & other facilities!

Loved the racing before madness it made it a brilliant day. Madness was amazing. It was very well organised.

What a great show. James can certainly still sing. Great venue but could really do with some seating for us oldies

My final installment did not go through and I did not receive any email stating this had happened! I looked everywhere but it doesn’t exist. I have now lost out on over £300 as they refuse to give me a refund and will not let me re pay this final installment despite me not ever even receiving an email! I would NOT recommend. As a student who has worked extra hours to pay for this on top of studying, this is terrible and has all been a waste.
