I felt that getting into the venue took rather a long time. We waited at least 30 minutes at the EAST gate. I am aware that checking everyone , searching bags etc does take time but there should be so... See more

All good except why does Ticketmaster…
All good except why does Ticketmaster leave it so late to issue tickets? This leaves little time if there is a problem. I’m going to a concert at Buxton appear House in October and already have tickets. Is there a reason or inefficiency?

we we’re refused entry and we treated very hostile
Whilst Ticketmaster messages warned me…
Whilst Ticketmaster messages warned me that I would be hearing from Venue, BA ARC, for actual ticket details no mention was made of the fact I would have to download the venues App and link it to another ticketing service! Discovered this two days before concert when viewing venues own web site having received no communication from venue!
The ticket site for the commonwealth…
The ticket site for the commonwealth games is terrible - e.g. I wanted to take my grand daughter but cant book two tickets together and you can't even see the date of the one ticket you have bought
I loved it
I loved it! It was easy to get the ticket and experience was so smooth
Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Only downside was the event planners. Lewis Capaldi was sensational. The event was unsafe in regards to how many people were there. I’d absolutely go and see him again! Brilliant! Too class entertainment.

the agent has been great however on booking the original tickets 2 seat were shown together with no split and when the ticket come in it shows 2 different blocks now ticket master has changed the tickets but charging me £15!when the seating plan shows the seat clearly together, and it was the ticket master seating plan for hydro but some how it’s my fault. beware.
Shocking
Shocking! We purchased VIP tickets for the Lewis Capaldi gig at Exhibition Park, Newcastle on the 9th of July 2026. The event was cancelled, but Ticket Master did not inform us!
Our tickets were changed to the 8th of July 2026. This meant that we had to take additional (unpaid) time off work.
When we arrived at Exhibition Park it was immediately clear that there was a lack of organisation, bordering on chaos.
The 'VIP' area was a sectioned off area with toilets, one bar, and one eatery. It was impossible to see the stage from this area.
I personally suffer from anxiety, and had specifically booked VIP, to avoid the inevitable crowds. When we left the 'VIP' area there was no way to see the stage as we were right at the back of the crowd.
After 2 or 3 songs, there were a number of fainting incidents at the front of the crowd, resulting in the show being stopped twice. At this point, I couldn't cope any longer and had to leave. My nerves and anxiety were shot!
I've never attended such a poorly organised event, and will be requesting a refund, and also contracting Trading Standards - misselling at it's finest!
Check Small Print
I purchased tickets for Take That block 114 row 1 through Ticketmaster.
On arriving at the stadium there was flyers on the seats saying no standing during the show as per t&cs of tickets.
I checked the tickets and could not see anything about no standing.
They have since replied this was in the small print of the t&cs on purchase. Who reads the small print of the t&cs when rushing to secure tickets.
There was nothing on the confirmation email or ticket.
Throughout the show the steward constantly told people to sit down in our row despite the entire stadium standing up.
I found this extremely frustrating as we were not able to fully enjoy the experience or dance.
At the end of the show halfway through the final song Take That encouraged everyone to stand up and put on their torches.
As there was only around 2 minutes left of the show and 50,000 fans were standing and enjoying the show. Our row also stood up and participated in this. The steward walked down the row and shouted in my face to sit down as my ticket says no standing. I found this extremely upsetting and it ruined the show and experience for me.
If this had been stated to me when purchasing I would have got alternative tickets.
After spending £230 on tickets I feel disappointed by my experience I don’t go to a concert to be shouted at in front of a crowd of people for enjoying the end of a concert.
It should have stated on my ticket or when I was making the purchase this was the case to avoid customers having a negative experience
Don’t buy VIP for exhibition park!
Bought VIP tickets for Lewis Capaldi at Exhibition Park but were extremely disappointed to find on entrance that there wasn’t a separate viewing area and to use the VIP area for purchasing drinks and using the toilet we had to move away from the main stage and lose our position to watch the concert from up close! Very little info provided about the event or the different areas until we go in to exhibition park.
Ticketmaster so unhelpful when a genuine mistake was made
I had tickets for a concert which was on 1 day and my children had mistakenly booked transport for the next concert day. Ticketmaster were not allowing me to have the date transferred to allow my children to travel safely on a coach company that goes to and from the venue. There were tickets still available and it would have been easy for them to cancel the bought tickets and replace them with tickets on the day that the transport was booked for. The operator at Ticketmaster wasn't helpful at all. I was met with brick walls at every opportunity. The girl was most unhelpful. Think she was hoping to win an award in the most horrible person at ticketmaster award. It isn't that difficult to help somebody who has made a mistake but as usual ticket master want money and basically don't care about people who are in need of a little help.

A man called Michael E dealt with my issue, so kind and understanding, great help too!
Lewis was amazing but the venue was poor
Lewis was amazing but the venue and organisation was dreadful. For the paramedics to bring a stretcher through the middle of the whole crowd from back to front was just madness when there was a path to the side that was much less busy. When we arrived an hour and a quarter before Lewis came on, the grassed area was already filled to capacity, it was clear there were too many people in the space available. Lewis did his best to manage a difficult situation and we felt really sorry for him trying to manage the situation. We actually thought the concert wld be cancelled after the second incident. Getting out was a nightmare, 10,000 people plus leaving through the same exit and staff being really unhelpful. Will never go to a concert there again .
A great experience!
I've been to the venue before, and always have a great experience there. The booking experience was very straightforward.

It's ridiculous to keep the people out for so many hours on 32 degrees straight sun! I don't know who is the smart person that decided such a disgusting way to manage such a big concert. The second thing is that I received ticket that I pay for, whit information that shows I have to be on west pitch standing but somehow you put me in north pitch?!? Without any explanation?!? The concert was amazing but tichetmaster and live nation organization is totally broken! Very bad!
Emailed to ask where my tickets are for…
Emailed to ask where my tickets are for an up and coming event (just over 48 hours away), and go a reply within 15 minutes from Diana. Thank you ☺️
The event was far too full
The event was far too full. The concert was stopped twice for people collapsing and the concert finished at 9:45 rather than 10 as advertised. Therefore we lost almost 50 minutes of the actual concert. Very disappointed
