From the moment I stepped into the store I knew I was going to be in safe hands - clear answers to all my questions, excellent product knowledge, no pressure selling, just good sound advice from friendly, helpful staff.

I'd been having storage issues with my old phone, on a sim only contract. After resolving this for me instore enough to get me going again, I suggested that it might be time to get a new phone.

After a chat about what I needed, a couple of options were recommended - both of which suited my needs. I opted for a device and Airtime package. Everything was explained clearly and set up for me straight away.

Went in to the store Sunday morning, In all honesty I wouldn’t have chosen 3 but they were the only store in Tamworth open. My IPhone had broken and I was in desperate need of a new phone.
Megan was an unbelievable help, I had no phone and no way to make contact with my previous service provider, after attempting to use the store phone which had no luck, she took my Sim Card and put in to her personal phone so I was able to make the necessary phone calls to transfer my details.
Not only did I receive great customer service, the deal i received was excellent too. Lower air time plan than I was currently paying, new IPhone at an affordable price, power bank, protective case and screen protector (unfortunately faulty) all included at a very affordable price.
After recent experiences with customer service in the same industry it was really refreshing to see people that take pride in the work and a company that seems to focus on a quality experience.
