Excellent customer service from Bilal
Was having a really rough time figuring out how to get a new phone contract, but Bilal at the 3 store on Princes St managed not only to get me the best deal of any phone shop I tried, but also went above and beyond to help ensure that I was able to transfer my number despite an incredibly complex situation. Can’t thank him enough for his great Customer Service, and I definitely would have changed to a different provider if it weren’t for his help.

Bilal was amazing
Bilal was amazing! I needed a new sim and number and Bilal worked with me to find the best option to suit my needs. I also ended up signing up for the Three broadband as it was such a good deal. He took care of the sign up and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!

Renewing contract
Renewing my contract was a quick and smooth experience. The man that helped me was kind. I had to wait between five to ten minutes to be served, and it made me wonder why there were only two employees in store, on a Saturday, in the branch located on the main street.

I'm totally hopeless with IT and needed a huge amount of photos and videos transferred between phones having purchased a new phone. Luke of the Princes Street branch was absolutely brilliant in sorting that out for me - really friendly and patient with an IT Numpty like me. If I could give more than 5* I would.
