Good healthy plants.The only thing that lets you down is the delivery company ,they stick parcels on bin near roadside instead of delivering to the house anyone could help themselves,my husband saw last one and challenged him and his answer was its only a plant

Some of the plugs were empty - only soil and some of the plants have not done very well. For the price paid I expected a lot better!!

Always good value, perfectly packed and excellent quality plants. I've been a member of their garden club for many years and always happy with service and product. very happy with T&M for the use of recylced products too

Where do I start ! these plants should never have been sent out in the state they were in broken , crushed ,dead ,look like the flowers had gone over , didn’t resemble picture at all !! Where was the quality control, upset and disappointed. In defence was given prompt refund . Unfortunately will not buy from them again .

Half of the plant supports I ordered arrived. Great price, great quality! However, the other half were due a week later. I waited another week... didn't arrive. I waited another week... didn't arrive. No message, no email. I checked my account - delivery due December 2027!!! Rang and enquired - mmmmm that's a long time to wait the customer rep said, I'll check and get back to you. I asked for a replacement size instead. I'll check and get back to you he said. When? I asked. This afternoon he replied. That was 2 days ago and still no message or phone call!
Atrocious customer service! Yet, you're quick to send an email asking if I want to buy anything else when I visit your website! Quick to ask for reviews too!
What has happened T&M? I used to think you were a great company & would recommend you on reviews & to friends... Not anymore!
I will NOT be recommending you again.

I ordered 2 hanging baskets, one geraniums, one fuchsia s. The geranium one arrived safely. I had to chase customer service about the other. The missing item eventually arrived, very sad where it had been thrown about in transit. It is now completely dead. As a seasoned gardener I do wonder what care was taken at T&M. Having paid full price for transit so much for a special offer.

I have been growing and planting in my garden very successfully for many years now. Of these bare root plants, on the Granny's Bonnets grew and they are weak. Never again!

My last order was for seeds and all was good apart from the time it took to process the order and for me to then receive it. My orders for living plants have not been so good. Long delays in receiving the order and many damaged and dead plants. Most of the time I have had no response from customer service and have given up trying to contact them. Their prices are very good but the delivery side is very bad!

Summer bundle of bulbs.
Thompson & Morgan bulbs are nettles & weeds!
Planted all over my garden & bulbs now coming through as common weeds & nettles. Waste of money, time & effort!
No response to my email.

Latest delivery were replacement plants, that both arrived in dreadful condition - one plant has now died, the other still looks dreadful. You refunded the purchase price but I wanted 2 healthy plants not money back. Such a waste of time, packaging materials and poor plants. The first delivery contained many sickly plants. Took too long to arrive when weather was so hot.
