Terrible customer support—poor response times cost me my tree
I am highly disappointed with Thompson & Morgan’s customer service. Their response to my original query took so long that I missed the ideal window to transplant my patio trees into bigger pots. Worse still, my cherry tree completely failed to grow. I emailed them a second time specifically asking for care advice to save it, but they never replied at all. The tree has now died. The lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable.

So many plants to choose from, at great prices, even better when in the sale or on a members discount. Plants arrive well packaged & excellent condition, just ready for planting out. Never had any issues with orders.

I love there plants. Plants come in very good quality.

On the phone app, you can review plants in batches as you come to the bottom and then have to click "next" to load another set. HOWEVER, if you click on a specific plant and then go to "continue shopping", you do not return to where you left off. Instead, the app returns you to the first batch of pictures. This is highly inconvenient if you are coming to the end of 1000 plants!! You then have to repeat scrolling through batches of pictures until you reach where you left off. This can be sorted as I order from other websites that take you back to where you left off and not the beginning.

You must be losing a lot of sales from people who can't be bothered to scroll through from the beginning again!

Good value great plants delivered on time

My Alstromaria plants arrived in good condition and I planted them up right away. They are now sitting up beautifully. I was lucky to get the three plants at sale price , which was excellent value. They arrived a day later than planned , according to the delivery company and the same happened with the previous three Alstromaria plants. They have all survived luckily.

Arrived on time the plants were in good condition

It does what its expected ok.
But it's hard to take the bag of if not needed especially if there's leaves still in the bag.
The harness over a shoulder is totally useless.

Have received 2 requests to review goods but have not yet received them

Good company, shame the couriers they use take so long to deliver the plants most of them die on the way. And for that you pay over £6 pistage costs.

Arrived promptly and beautifully packed and the plants are growing well ( despite the heatwave).

The bottom row of plants we’re serverly crushed but I’m afraid they didn’t survive after fresh air and watering opened the box as soon as it arrived

There was a problem at first, and I'm so impressed with how quickly it was sorted, no messing about, no ifs, buts, etc, sorted. Have bought a number of times with them, and never had a problem, and will carry on using them. Plant in excellent condition, well packaged, and quick delivery, thank you

All hanging baskets delivered on time and in excellent condition. They are now flowering freely and looking great. T M communication, as always, very good and compared to prices in garden centres, these baskets are excellent value. Many thanks for excellent service.
