Waste of money …

Really don’t know why I keep buying plants from here. None ever survive and I pot them on as needed only plant outside when established but never get that far.

Around 50% of the bulbs that I bought…

Around 50% of the bulbs that I bought after Martin Lewis blagged one of his amazing "deals" , did not come up and the geranium plugs that they upsold me to (nice one, only £1, but hey then more postage than one would have expected them to charge),

They constantly email me (sometimes twice a day) and no matter how many times I email them, they still continue! Blocking them and reporting spam also fails since they appear to change the email / domain from where they send it!

I really wish that I had read my own previous review, last time that they caught me a few years ago. Doh!

Do not touch them with an extremely long garden hoe.

Great customer service shame about the plants.

Great customer service, but unfortunately the plants are a bit hit and miss, which when that's what we're buying you'd hope for better. Basic bedding plants seem ok, but nothing that is meant to be scented, bar the nicotiana which by its nature only smells in the evening has had any scent at all. Disappointing really. But can't knock the customer service for resolving issues very efficiently and to a more than satisfactory solution, just a shame there's no scent on the plants.

You repeatedly address me by my…

You repeatedly address me by my deceased father’s name even though I have written to you on three occasions and asked you not to, it’s upsetting!
The hanging baskets and dahlias I’ve received haven’t looked great they’ve had plenty of dead leaves and damaged flowers but after a couple of weeks they are looking better. Farmer Gracy plants do seem to be much better

Plug Plants Froze

My order for Begonias and fuschias were post to soon, they may have been fine on despatch but, during the delivery process they suffered with freezing night conditions, on ordering the plants the information stated despatch would be end of March but they were despatched February and early March and the severe cold conditions 'checked' these small fragile plants which could not survive no matter how much attention they received on arrival, I had this problem previously I will certainly not be ordering again

Your website is very frustrating,after…

Your website is very frustrating,after looking at an item you cannot return to where you were browsing . Several of our shrubs order were in a very poor state on arrival, they were packed well but did not get delivered quick enough and absolutely bone dry. I have doubts if one or two plants have survived despite immediate attention on arrival. In the past plug orders have been in an appalling state as delivery by royal mail is poor, they have often taken 10 days ! Seed and bulb orders have arrived ok.
