plants dead on arrival this is 2ndtime this has append disapointed with s to long with carrier photo can be suppliedif needed

Ordered 2 hanging baskets. They came in a terrible condition and haven't done very well since. Contacted Thompson &Morgan and didn't hear anything back. Contacted on Facebook they asked for pictures which I provided they read what I sent but didn't respond. Customer service is disappointing 😞

Can't review what I have not received (3 plants) that I understand will not be with me until the end of July & a further delivery end of August. Date of order 19/06/26

The plant I did receive was in poor condition BUT to be absolutely fair this was replaced immediately so I have no issues and impressed with the speed this was dealt with.
Maybe waiting until the order is complete before asking for a review would have been more beneficial.

Bulb Summer Saver Collection 200 Bulbs.
I planted these 200 bulbs in my garden on 24 March 2026. So far (18/7/26) only 5 have sprouted. £ 11.99 and a lot of time wasted.

The plants were all good, but the idiot delivery guy can’t read as box clearly says this way up and they were all on side ,so bit squashed when opened, but soon picked up .

Goods arrived punctually, in tip top condition & packaging, have purchased from T&M previously and will do so again until my garden project is complete. Amazing selection of plants & flowers

I’ve been using Thompson And Morgan from any years now. I’ve always been good but in the last year or two it’s not I ordered hanging baskets. I turned up what I were dead. The second that arrived hadn’t been packed properly. The courier turned the oxide down and everything was out I phoned Thompson And Morgan and they sent me some more, but I was not good. The plug plants turned up they were damaged it to hurry up again when they sent me some more out thank you.

Really pleased with my purchase. Growing beautifully in my fridge not garden. Would recommend this company. Have bought plants before from this company. Will buy again.

Bought the offer of seeds and sunflower plant as a gift. Wasn't really expecting alot as it was only £12. The plant has now 3 beautiful sunflowers and the seeds are sprouting. My cousin was thrilled and so am I. Thankyou!

Great quality plants. Arrived quickly. However, the carrier used for delivery is not so good. Badly damaged and squashed packaging. Fortunately the contents were mainly undamaged.

While I'm pretty sure T&M do their best to send out quality plants to customers. I feel they let themselves and customers down by their choice of delivery company. Without exception every plant I received was bone dry and basically sitting in dust

Your packaging has improved orders coming quicker, plants retaining their freshness, sometimes. Couriers need to read the packaging, This way up does not mean delivery upside down or side ways, also couriers must be aware of what they are carrying as a few of my parcels have been squashed, one was ruined. Plants are expensive

Ordered a hanging basket 25th June (W18106144 ) no updates no response to emails no hanging basket and no refund!!!! Very disappointed another scamming gardening company, AVOID

I received the wrong plants in my order. I informed customer services. With only a short time till I was away from home I advised that delivery of the correct plants would need to be within one week. This was attempted and Evry to courier failed to deliver correctly. Our main gate is clearly marked with the house name was ignored by the person delivering chose to photograph locked gates. I discussed the situation with customer services and gave them two alternatives. Get my plants to me whilst I was available or wait till I returned home on 17th July. I have not received my order and it would appear that customer services may have attempted to contact me after I had told them when I was unavailable 6th till 17 July. Supplying the correct plants I ordered and in good condition is still acceptable to me. The only alternative is to give me a full refund. Your chosen Courier has let you down very badly and as much as I tried to get it sorted your customer services team it did not go well. The company promotes experience in horticulture going back 1800s and employs Nurseryman who sent Petunias instead of Asltroemeria is surprising. Kind regards

Been waiting on an order for 1.5 months and keep gettting emails weekly that it’s delayed another week and I can cancel if I want. I wonder if they are out of stock and just hoping I’ll cancel.

I ordered lavatera plants weeks ago, and they haven't arrived.
The three dahlia plants , which did arrive,, have no buds, and therefore aren't flowering.
I gave three stars instead of one, because the fuchsia hanging baskets are lovely.
I look forward to receiving the lavatera.
