Fantastic price and service…
Checking price on a couple of golf clubs was in two minds as total would have been over a £100. However a couple of days later looked again and the clubs were near to half price, I was quite amazed but ordered them and they arrived a day later, absolutely brilliant, many thanks.

Failed Delivery and No Support
Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I placed a £200 order for a golf club set as a gift, with the website promising next working day delivery.
A week later, there was still no update, and the item hadn’t arrived. Communication from the company was practically non-existent — the phone number listed on the website didn’t work, and emails went unanswered.
In the end, I had to go through my bank to get a refund.
I would not recommend this company.

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a pair of golf shoes which unfortunately did not fit and also had a couple of defects. But I would like to give a 5 star review for the Sports HQ response to my problem who offered me an apology, a full refund plus a free returns label. Excellent customer service!!!

Faulty product, no communication
