Item ordered not delivered without explanation. When contacted was told it was out of stock. Would not have placed full order plus postage if this item not available so disappointing. Once chased I did get prompt explanation and promise of refund for item but not happened yet.

Junior Ram Golf Bag and Clubs
From looking for a set of clubs to finding them at The Sports HQ we have found the site very easy to navigate through and the options available was brilliant. While colours and price of this set caught us right away The bag and clubs are just as amazing in person as the pictures and description. Our little lady will be well pleased with them. payment and delivery were amazing and super quick.

I was unable to track my order from the…
I was unable to track my order from the email confirmation sent and was unable to contact them from this link by mail or telephone which just rang out. Eventually I gave up on the link and called the number listed to get a voice mail telling me to use a help@ mail address from which I received the response that my goods were lost in transit but one item was no longer available. I quickly received a replacement parcel but regrettably neither item shipped agreed with my confirmation.
Needless to say I will not buy from them again.
