Faulty item, can't access refund
Refunded a faulty golf trolley to a Paypal account I have not used for years and don't have access to. Not refunded to the method of payment used. Not helpful in resolving. I have money sat in a Paypal account I cant access, as someone at the company assumed that it would be okay to use my email address and send money to a Paypal account.

Umbrella pack plus golf balls I ordered delivered quickly and courteously.
Umbrellas are fit for purpose and kept me well sheltered in a rainstorm.
The advert might be confusing as it implied two coloured umbrellas of choice, not one coloured and one black. No great problem but I was going to swap one with a colleague who also thought he was getting two coloured ones.

No customer service bad company avoid
I bought MacGregor golf package premium set from a them . Long story short the head of the club snapped of due to no fault of my own , never hit the ground or struck wrong but it flew off during clean strike.
Tried to get a replacement from them, phoning them won't get through it's always busy or off. Chat doesn't work and no email replies.
Resorted to contacting MacGregor but they aren't even responding in a timely manner .
Forgot to add clubs were 5 days out the package and it's was my driver it happened to .

The ordering and delivery was easily done .
The order turned up when it said , and there was an extra box where you could the delivery driver extra instructions , which was very helpful.
All in all very good experience and would use them again .
