Fantastic

Fantastic, seriously very good customer service. Didn't have part of my order in stock so messaged me and asked whether I'd like to wait or wanted a refund. I said I'll wait and they kept me updated along the way and threw some complimentary pods. Thank you!

Great customer service

Great customer service. When i first visited the site, I thought it was just another nicopod seller but because these guys gave me a nice discount i realised that these guys are willing to lower prices for their loving customers

Great from start to finish

I've just ordered from The Pod Block for the 1st time and I'm very impressed with the quality of service. Ordered 19th Oct received 21st Oct. I had to contact customer service after I had an issue with my order and within 10mins my issue was sorted out. The dates on the tubs have at least 12 months, which is perfect. The package was secure and arrived 1st class Royal mail. I will now be ordering from here from now on. I recommend this company, honestly the quality of service was excellent.
