It appears your parcel, was attempted for delivery, however you weren’t in. You will need to contact the shipping company to request a re delivery, all tracking numbers are emailed to our customers once they are shipped.
We advise all our customers to check the progress of their shipment, using the tracking number provided to your email. Sometimes, theses emails are sent to spam, so I would advise that this folder is also checked.
We would have appreciated if you had contacted us first before leaving a negative review, as we would have been able to assist with resolving the issue for yourself.
