This company is a nightmare. It is now 10 days, since the package was delivered according to Fedex, yet the package has never reached my home. I have now idea where the package is and have not heard about any progress. A case for my lawyer.

Packing was superb. But item was collected from the auction house on the 4th of April, shipped on the 19th....delivered on 22nd. No explanation offered for the delay. But, happy to try Packengers again.
