Trusted, Knowledgeable, and Client-Focused Service
We started working with Fenella when we bought our first home, and at the time we had very little knowledge of how insurance worked or what we actually needed. Fenella spent hours patiently explaining everything to us — how the process works, what cover was appropriate for our circumstances, and she answered every single question we had, no matter how small or “silly” it may have seemed.
She took the time to make sure we fully understood exactly what we were signing up for and how everything would work. Fenella worked tirelessly to find us the best insurance options that suited both our needs and our budget.
As time went on, we started a family and our insurance needs changed. Fenella was immediately available, proactive, and handled all the adjustments quickly and efficiently, with minimal effort required from us.
I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. The communication is outstanding, and after every conversation with Fenella, you’re left feeling completely at ease and confident that you’re in the best hands.

Professional and very easy process
I’ve been with Kieran and the team for over 5 years and when I needed to review my policies the process couldn’t be easier. A quick initial phone call with Kieran followed up by enquiries via WhatsApp meant I could answer whilst on the go. The whole process was confirmed by email and everything fully explained. Any queries I had meant I didn’t have to wait till the next day to ring, I just sent a text and it was followed up the next morning. Overall an excellent service.

Incredible experience
Kieran and Jacqui have been incredible. As someone who has previously claimed on critical illness, I have never been able to find a life insurance company that would offer me any cover. Kieran spent time speaking to me to gain all the information he needed and then hours speaking to different providers to find cover, which he did!!
He also suggested another option which I could take out instead of critical illness which has massively put my mind at rest. People don’t want to think about the worst happening, but thanks to Kieran and Jacqui I now know that my family won’t have to worry if the worst happens to me!
They’re also both lovely people who take the time and make the effort to go through the process with you, explaining everything and ensuring you’re happy.
I 100% recommend the team if you’re looking for help in the complicated world of life insurance.

Brilliant service…
We had a great experience with Fenella she spent alot of time with us going over our old life insurance policy which was basically “rubbish” and Fenalla worked her magic and got me and my husband back on track with decent viable insurance great service . Myself and my wife were looking to renew our life insurance and a friend recommended Fennella at the Insurance helpline.
